The Setting
Behind tall stone walls and antique wooden gates lies a lush, secluded estate bordered on two sides by Sonoma Open Space. The beautifully landscaped grounds are filled with native rosemary, lavender, flowering vines, and mature olive and oak trees. As you enter, a heated dipping pool welcomes you to relax. Meandering pathways lead through secret garden nooks, seating areas, and a spacious back patio—perfect for grilling, outdoor dining, or sipping coffee while taking in the views of the hills. The home’s expansive sliding doors blur the line between indoor and outdoor living, and a crystal-clear hot tub adds the perfect touch of luxury.

The Main House
The beautifully restored main house preserves its historic roots while offering all the comforts of modern living. Every window opens to a picturesque view, filling the space with natural light and fresh country air.

The Guest Cottages
Just steps from the main house, two private studio cottages offer quiet comfort and their own outdoor seating areas:

Cottage One: King bed, bath/shower combo, kitchenette

Cottage Two: Queen bed, walk in shower, kitchenette

Cottage Three: King bed, walk in shower

Each includes a microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker, and serene views.

You may rent the main house and add the cottages as needed. The price quoted includes Cottage One and Two.

Amazing location, and such a huge beautiful property. Our family of 11 stayed there for a week and loved it. The kitchen was fully stocked and had great appliances. Would stay here again if we had a Large group

This house was an utter dream. We spent the Thanksgiving break there with our extended family and there was more than enough space for everyone, with added privacy including the outdoor cabins. The kitchen was beyond stocked with anything and everything we would need to cook a holiday meal. Every room had an en-suite and the wine cellar room in the cave downstairs was just a ridiculously amazing added touch. We would love to stay here again. Such a relaxing place to visit and so close to Sonoma square. Walking was quick even with our kids. Hoping to visit again soon!

Location was perfect. Able to walk into the square. Enjoyrd the close proximity of the restaurants and shops. The home was charming. A dream kitchen and the cottages were charming as well. All guests attending were equally pleased.

Wine/Engagement/Military

We were in town to visit wine country, visit my son who is stationed there in the Air Force and my other son’s engagement. The home was perfect! Everyone had a bed and bathroom, large kitchen for cooking, enjoyed dinner one night in the wine cellar and the property was beautiful. We will be back.

Stop scrolling because you already found the perfect property. If you read the reviews below, you will consistently see exceptional ratings. They’re all accurate. Our party of 10 recently stayed at the home in celebration of my wife’s 40th birthday. The property host, Sandy, helped coordinate a catered dinner (from the girl and the fig), specially designed cake, and extra decorations prior to our arrival. The home and surrounding grounds served as the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed appetizers in the garden by the fountain, dinner in the wine cellar, and dessert near the fire pit. Seriously, it’s like we hosted a progressive dinner in the same location.We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!

Girls weekend with college roommates

The property was better than the pictures! It was like a private oasis so close to the Sonoma downtown square, but we felt like we were on a nature preserve. We regularly saw deer, hummingbirds and other birds on the property. There were over 6 areas outside that all six of us could gather together. Inside also provided plenty of space. We had a lovely time and enjoyed two cabins close to the house.

Fantastic Stay in Sonoma

We just had great stay at this property. Five couples gathering for a birthday celebration. The place is beautiful and beautifully maintained. Each bedroom is fully sufficient for an adult couple, and the kitchen and common areas are amazing. Great catered dinner from recommended chef, Erin. The host, Sandy, was informative and responsive throughout. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property for girls trip

Me and a group of 8 girlfriends stayed here for my 30th birthday and the property was SO beautiful in person - the pictures didn't come close to doing it justice! It was spacious, clean, and gorgeous and Sandy was very responsive. We did our private chef dinner on night in the wine cellar which was outstanding. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Excellent stay

Fabulous property - great location. with every amenity provided!! Sandy was extremely accommodating and helpful. The grounds are fabulous and as a party of 9 of various ages it was the perfect setting. Chef Marco cooked for us one night and it was EXCELLENT delicious and relaxing. Do not miss that experience!!It was wonderful to be able to come back to such a Beautiful home after a full day of wine tasting and enjoying the sites. The house provided all of the amenities, we loved being able to sit outside in the evening and enjoyed the fire pit. Highly recommend this property.

Very warm and inviting

I believe this stay was one of my favorites ever. Working with Sandy was so pleasant, she was very informative and answered every question I had right away! From the moment you walk through the gate your in awe with this property. The house is beautiful, and had everything you need to stay there. The beds were very comfortable, rooms very spacious and the kitchen was amazing. The location is perfect too, we walked into the square a few times, great little restaurants and cute local shops. All in All this is a great place to stay, We will be going back real soon.

Empty Nesters trip

We had a wonderful time! The property was absolutely beautiful and we loved the onsite cottages and wine cave. There were a few minor issues (“pool” was not a pool, hot tub needed some cleaning and there was a bit of a smell in the main house) BUT overall this was a beautiful property and Sandy was wonderful to work with. Solid 4.5 stars and would stay here again!

AMAZING time at Private Enclave

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Private Enclave in Sonoma Plaza with four other couples for a friends' wedding, and it was nothing short of fantastic! The property itself is stunning, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, ensuring we all had our own personal space while still being able to gather together. The outdoor areas were perfect for lounging and enjoying the beautiful California weather. We made great use of every inch of the house, and the highlight of our stay was definitely our "family dinner" in the charming wine cellar. The atmosphere was so unique and made for an unforgettable evening filled with laughter and great conversation. Everything was beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. Sandy, our host, was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. If you're looking for a perfect getaway spot with friends or family, I can't recommend this place enough! It truly allowed us to relax, connect, and create lasting memories in a beautiful setting. Annual Friends' Trip

The property was perfect for 4 couples who like their privacy yet like to share a common space. We took advantage of many gathering areas, including the wine cellar, outside seating, and inside areas. The location next to Outlook Mtn was a pleasant surprise. The cottages provide space for those yearning for more privacy. All of us would like to return. The host was responsive and a wonderful resource. I would not hesitate to stay here - it really is an outstanding property!
