Home Sweet Home: A Note From The Homeowner- We toured nearly 30 homes along 30A, Sandestin, and Destin, but After Dune Delight stood out instantly—it had everything we wanted: wraparound porches, stunning views of the Gulf and Western Lake, and that breezy, coastal charm. Just a block from the beach and across from the iconic Red Bar, it's like a front-row seat to all things Grayton—including Tribe Kelley concerts. With plenty of space, parking, and the perfect layout for hosting, it felt made for memory-making. We love the wraparound porches most—they're where mornings, sunsets, and music-filled evenings happen. Grayton Beach itself adds to the magic with its quirky, small-town vibe, barefoot bike rides, and unbeatable walkability. Adding an elevator made the home even better, giving easy access to all four floors and those top-level views. It’s the heart of 30A with its own soul—laid-back, welcoming, and unforgettable.
