Dear J, Thank you for taking the time to post your "all 5" review. We are so glad to hear that the "22" had a great time at Buena Vista. Having such a large and spacious house makes it easy to spread out and find some privacy when you are traveling with such a large group. With each bedroom having it's own bath makes it easy when everyone wants a shower before heading out to enjoy all the great spots on 30A. Thank you for the tip about grill. It gets lots of use, out by the pool, and our owner has already replaced it with a larger one. At Royal, we work very hard to help families make wonderful beach memories and love to see families having such a great time. We are looking forward to seeing you all enjoying yourselves again next year!
