Located directly on Santa Rosa Sound, this elevated home with private (heated) pool offers outstanding views of beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and a large covered balcony on which to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage and soak in the scenery. A large backyard leads to steps into the gently lapping waters of the sound, which are ideal for swimming, boating, kayaking and so much more. 6 bikes, 2 adult kayaks and 2 child kayaks provided for guests use! Entry into the home is upstairs. The kitchen is a nice size with plenty of space for food preparation and a bar area for those wishing to socialize with the chef. The master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. There is an additional bedroom with one full bed, one twin bed, and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There are two additional bedrooms with one full bed and the other bedroom has one queen bed and there is one additional bedroom with two full beds. These four bedrooms have access to the two common area bathrooms.

The white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach are a short three to four block walk across the island, about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Event friendly for up to 35 people.
