Great location - wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Loved the river setting and the proximity to the park. The owners were very helpful in communicating any helpful info. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place to stay

Can't say enough positive things about our experience staying here! This is the 3rd year in a row, and we won't stay anywhere else. Secluded, clean, friendly...we love all parts of it. The house is awesome, the view is awesome, and the property manager is awesome....you'll love it.

Wonderful home with the Colorado River in the backyard. Very well built, plenty of space, and quiet area. Host was very responsive and rental/check-in process were smooth and straightforward.

We had a great time at this property. The beds were incredibly comfortable which I feel is rare these days. The river in the backyard was amazing. We didn't see any animals but no one can control nature. We would stay again.

Excellent stay!

This property worked so well for our family! Beautiful location, lovely home, so easy to work with Kathy! My husband uses a wheelchair and it was so easy to get in and out of the home. We had a great stay!

Wonderful house, very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped.

We especially enjoyed our mornings on the patio. There was a mama moose and calf that visited everyday.

Wonderful Home for a family stay!

We reserved the home for family to stay in for our wedding and it was wonderful! A very beautiful, clean home with beautiful views of the river. The owner was very easy to communicate and work with and both check in and check out processes were clearly explained and simple! Would definitely stay again! Incredible!

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The house was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. Plus a mother moose and her young baby made daily visits. We would stay here again and again

Wonderful trip

This property is wonderful for a group of people. Kitchen was fully functional. Bathrooms were great. Beds were comfortable. Outside seating was wonderful with great views of river. Hummingbirds let you know they need the feeders put out! Overall a great place to stay with easy access to RMMP and the wonderful grand lake area.
