This condo has been completely renovated/remodeled with hardwoods, granite, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, bathroom renovation, and custom woodwork, to make this the perfect family getaway or gathering spot for multiple families.
There is one King BR with attached Bath and a Queen in the second BR. The Sofa in the living area pulls out to a Queen and the double chair pulls out to a twin. Two full bathrooms one in master and one off the hall.
The home is fully equipped with anything from bakeware to beach toys/floats/skimboards. There is also a great room patio overlooking private pool.
Situated right beside the North End Fishing Pier, the beach is a simple, safe(esp for kids/dogs), 2 minute walk through Pier parking area. Luxury Linens, wash/dryer in unit, reserved parking for 1, guest parking for 1. Parking is under the building and behind the building it is extremely narrow and you need to be careful not to scrape your car on the pilings or fence. Denali's SUV's and Ford Explorers have parked but it is tight.

Perfect location

Perfect location for a low key family vacation. This condo is convenient to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Which has cute shops and plenty of fun for the kiddos, and who could forget Britts Donuts! Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place a short walk to the beach

The location is great for beach lovers with only a very short walk to the shore. Parking is a nightmare with very, very tight spaces. It was doable, but not enjoyable to park our minivan. There are really only two bedrooms since two of the beds are pull out sofas. Communication wasn't what we are used to from other VRBO experiences, but we figured it out.

Nice cindo

Property was lacking never was able to get the cable to work in setting room. Internet is difficult to get signed into, and parking is over all terrible, but still was enjoyable. Nice condo and location.

Enjoyable Stay

Clean and spacious property, close to the beach with an easy check in. Loved having two decks to enjoy! We loved the pool also. We had a small issue check in day and the host was quick to respond and offer resolution for us. Very pleased with the communication. The water has an odor here for some reason. Luckily we had brought a lot of water with us. There is also construction right in front of condo. Overall very pleased with the property and enjoyed our time there.

Summer Vacation

We loved staying here! The condo was very tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare light meals. The location was great, too! Just a few steps to the beach-we left our chairs and umbrella out while we went back to the condo for lunch. And it was close to lots of restaurants! A great condo all around!

Carolina Beach Trip

Location of the property is great! Close access to the beach and some light entertainment. Cleanliness is important though, and that was the main issue for our group. The common areas such as the parking area and stairwell were very dirty and full of cobwebs and debris. I know, this complaint is not for this particular host and it really for condo association. It's about appearance and how welcoming things are for people to come back to or even recommend.

Great Place for All

My family has rented several condos in the Island North complex and this is the best one by far! The condo is spacious and clean...something we were concerned about during the pandemic. The kitchen is fabulous and stocked with everything you will need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Whether you're on a family vacation, girls getaway or couples' excursion, this is a great place to rent/stay!

Laid Back Vibe

We loved this property, especially the location. The north end of the island has such a laid back “hippie” vibe, and the locals are so nice. The pier is a fun hang out spot; even the teens liked it! The property owner was very pleasant and great to work with. Will hopefully return. 🏝️

Not quite as expected

The unit was nice but floors were quite dirty at time of arrival. Parking was horrible especially if you bring a vehicle that you plan on taking on the beach. The unit does not allow pets but units above and below units do and you often have to listen to the dogs pacing the floors and barking because the owner has left them there. Also floors must be very thin because you could hear every footstep of the person or persons above you. There is no beach views now since they are building a new building in front of the building and that noise went on all day as well. Overall not a very relaxing place to stay due to noise and poor parking. Also we would suggest bringing more towels there are not enough for more than 2 maybe 3 people if you share.

Disappointed

I was really looking forward to spending time with family at the beach, and we did enjoy the beach but not so much the room. The water smelled like rotten eggs and if you washed your hair or body it had a slight egg smell and you felt dirtier than before the shower. The kids cried having to take a bath in the smelly water. I didn’t see anyone clean the pool once. It looked cloudy and dirty the entire time. There was even beer cans floating in it at one point, and a guy allowed his dogs to swim in the pool. The rug in the living room looked like it came from the local landfill. I wouldn’t allow the kids to sit on it while watching cartoons. I had to put a huge blanket down. Our stay was uncomfortable to say the least. I was Very disappointed, but I’m sure with some care and a little effort things can be corrected for future guests. There is potential, but it didn’t work out for us. I’m not sure if hot water system/tank needs to be drained and flushed to get rid of the smell.

Disappointing

This condo has potential, but management is very unorganized. Most of rooms were remodeled, with the exception of the guest bathroom. * We were notified the day that we were to check in that we would not be able to use the guest bathroom sink. It was broke and they weren't able to get anyone to fix. We were compensated $50 for our inconvenience. There were 5 of us staying there, so as you can imagine, this was VERY inconvenient, especially for a 3 night stay. In addition to not being able to use the bathroom sink, here are other issues: * There was a fridge full of food, including a pizza box, containers of food and numerous other items. * The kitchen counters were dirty and had food crumbs all over. * Bathrooms were dirty - Toilets were so bad that we had to clean them ourselves. There was toothpaste on the sink. * The top sheet was missing from the bed in the master bedroom. * There were personal belongings all over. We actually didn't use the master bath shower since there were so many things in there. Unless they become more organized and manage the rental to accommodate guests, I would not recommend staying here.

Property listed accurately- location conveniently close to the beach & pool

The 2nd floor property condo unit is accurately listed, including the amenities (linens, beach gear, bath towels). This was a comfortable unit with enough for my daughter, son & myself. The front balcony is great for morning sunrise coffee, afternoons naps & the master balcony (rear) was great for sunsets on the sound after a beach day. Kitchen was well equipped (I cook - there was enough for us. The beds & pillows were comfortable, the washer, dryer & dishwasher are a must & did their jobs. I loved the water cooler (I have one at home) & was thrilled to not have to purchase bottled water. At Food Lion you can exchange or refill for under $5 which lasted the week. The pool & ocean were warm. Note: the previous review the week prior to our stay mentioned foul smelling water & dirty pool conditions. I gasped when I read it prior to our arrival- not the case at all. We saw someone test the water & clean the pool at least daily. Never saw a beer can or a dog in the pool. My daughter mentioned that the pool guy “didn’t get a day off”, even in the rain ( he came during a passing shower). Another time a woman staffer maintained the pool. Parking is a careful art- there are spaces that are open in the parking lot. Everything was conveniently located, accessible & clean. We did not sleep on the pull out couches. There is a vacuum, broom & cleaner to maintain the space. Aside from yourself, family, clothes, personal necessities, just bring beach towels & bug spray 😊

This beach property is my dream! I love the water and the beach. The only way I can afford to own it is by sharing the property and the expenses with others. This is one of the best locations on the island. It is close enough to everything and yet far enough away that you can enjoy your privacy. The master has an amazing patio overlooking the intracoastal marsh featuring AMAZING sunsets and on the other end of the unit, the spacious great room patio has partial ocean views and overlooks the private pool.
Since renovated/remodeled, the condo has a beach lodge, natural organic motif and boasts flat panel TVs throughout. Unit has WIFI and cable.

Being on the northern end of pleasure island, this unit has access to fishing , Freeman Park (camping and firepit sites on unpopulated inlet) You are on the edge of the Earth but can drive 5 minutes down to the hustle and bustle of the Winner Marina anytime you want.
