Great Stay~

We had a great time staying at this lovely property with everything we needed. We were two families (4 kids, and 4 adults) and we loved having the kids stay downstairs with their own space. Would stay again.

Vacation Week Stay

This was our second stay and we would return again. Perfect location for skiers and non- skiers in the group. Our two families had a wonderful time!

Very nice place to stay in the Bridgton area

The condo was great. Everyone enjoyed the place. Very clean and comfortable. Access to the property was easy everything as advertised.

Great Ski Weekend!

Great Ski Weekend. Condo is in a great location for ski in ski out. Also, condo has lots of room and is great for kids - lots of fun games to play. We had a nice family weekend!

This is the second year we have stayed here to enjoy a family reunion. It is very close to family, very quiet and it just feels like home. Met the same neighbor as last year. friendly neighborhood.

Ski in ski out spacious condo

Jennifer’s place is perfect for our group- unbeatable location to the slopes, spacious rooms for two families of four to spread our legs, nice touches throughout the condo, and we really had a wonderful time staying here for our annual ski trip! Can’t wait to come back next time and we will 100% recommend this to people!

Convenient get away

Condo was comfortable and centrally located for the weekend get away. The weather was a bit warmer than expected, but it cooled off at night and the fans were effective.

Good condo

Stayed in summer, can imagine the convenience for winter, great view. Got pretty hot at night, couple fans provided helped.

Great Family Ski Trip

The house was just as advertised and very clean. The keybox to check into the property was tricky to figure out at first. Jennifer's communication about house rules was clear and complete. The only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable.

very roomy!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. We were visiting in town for a family reunion, and it was so nice to stay so close to family and have a clean place to rest at the end of the day. It was very clean and all needed amenities. While we didn't have the time to use them, there was a plethora of games like Pictionary or Scattegories and many movies for a rainy day. We had great weather so we were at the lake all day. There was plenty of kitchen items including a fridge with a water filter which was convenient. We were also pleased with how quickly the air conditioners in the rooms cooled down the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Big, New, Clean Condo - Convenient Location to Lakes of Maine & North Conway

It was a great condo! 3 floors newer construction with a great open concept main floor (Kitchen/Living/Dining) with WiFi and Cable. It was my wife and our two kids and it was great. We were scared to go with a house near a lake because of Mold/Dampness and allergies so we elected to go with the "Sure Thing" with this newer condo and it was perfect. The location is great as you are: 8 minutes to downtown Bridgton 20 minutes to Naples which has a nice causeway on Long Lake and marina 25 minutes to Sebago Lake State Park (Songo Beach - which was great for young kids) 35 Minutes to North Conway and shopping 40 Minutes to Story Land Our young kids loved Story Land. Dining Tip - Don't bother with Bridgton House of Pizza (Terrible Pizza - better off with frozen pizza from the Hannaford in town)

Do not waste your money on this unit

Do not waste your money on this unit. We have stayed in units in the same complex over six times and was surprised that this unit was nothing like the others. The beds are so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving a night early. We had to make the beds when we arrived. There was no soap for the showers. Towel bars were broken in the bathroom on the master level. The lower level smelled musty. Definitely not the homey feeling that we’re used to in the other units. We had no response from the owner when we did contact her.

Hi Michelle, I’m so sorry you were disappointed in your stay at our condo. I was very surprised to read your review because it’s so contradictory to other reviews and the experience we try hard to provide to our guests. I have no record of any type of contact from you during your stay. In addition to being able to communicate with me through VRBO, I also provided you with both my cell and home phone numbers. I’m sorry that something failed and we weren’t able to talk. I pride myself on being responsive and helpful as you are my guest! To address your concerns: In an effort to “be more green”, we let our guests make the beds they want to use. If we didn’t we would need to wash bedding for each bed in the unit not knowing which sheets are clean; that’s a lot of water, detergent and electricity. Also, by leaving fresh, folded sheets on each bed, our guests know they are clean. We don’t list bath soap as an amenity for our unit; I’m sorry if you didn’t realize that. Thank you for mentioning the towel bars. They need to be tightened after so much use and we will take care of that! I’ve never had anyone mention that the basement smelled musty but that is something I will have my property manager investigate. I’m sorry you didn’t find the beds to be comfortable. Again I apologize that your experience didn’t meet your expectations; I know that can be very disappointing. You were a respectful guest and I reflected that in the review I gave you. Great for family vacation

The condo was quiet, comfortable and worked well for a family with 3 generations. Everything we needed was well supplied. The location was convenient to our needs. The air conditioning was great during some hot and humid weather. Jennifer was quickly responsive to a question from us and maintains a home-like property.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was easy and accommodated all of our family from out of state. It was so nice to be able to spend a beautiful weekend with family from away. Thank you so much to Jennifer for making it so easy.

Well appointed ski in/ski out condo

This condo was perfect for two families to share. Located right on the trail at Shawnee Peak made it easy for adults and kids to ski in and out. The sleeping space on the first entry floor was perfect for the older kids and there is plenty of room in the main floor to hang out and eat together.
