Large apartment on the third floor of a Grand Canal palazzo with a stunning view on the Accademia and Cà Rezzonico.
Completely restored, it has 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It has got a very large and and state-of-the-art kitchen ideal for cooking adepts! It also has a roof terrace for outside dinners.
Its provided with dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, free ADSL internet access, and Air Conditioning.
Prices are all inclusive (electricity, heating, air conditioning, linens and towels).
Located next to the Accademia Bridge and Santo Stefano Square. San Marco Square is ten minutes away.

That apartment was spectacular with large rooms and a beautiful view of the Grand Canal. We would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Venice.

Amazing find. The views are incredible. We stayed with 2 families with 2 little kids. Great location. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would 100% come back.

Great location on the canal - close to restaurants and Venice sights. Host was helpful with check in, setting up water taxis for last day & other random items that came up diring our trip.

Absolutely stellar stay in Venice with a breathtaking view of the Grand Canal. Host was responsive and helpful, and with three bedrooms and baths with six of us traveling we couldn’t have asked for better.. The flat is away from the frantic center, but walkable to everything. We truly felt like locals at the end of our stay, we even met a friendly Nonna when taking down our garbage one morning.It is a third floor walk up, so travel efficiently, no need for crazy large suitcases, especially in Venezia. Our favorite part of this flat was the glorious view. Nothing better in our opinion. Grazie Hugues and family!

Fantastic property right on the Grand Canal. It’s very easy to get everywhere in Venice, but it’s not too noisy. The courtyards and roads nearby are quiet. Good options for food within 5 minute walk. Apartment is gorgeous both inside and with its view. Fantastic host who was very helpful and responsive. He helped us book a water taxi, gave good ideas for food and groceries and even let us use some laundry soap. Phenomenal. We had a great time and were sad to leave!

Great location. Kitchen fully stocked with plates and cooking utensils. Easy to walk everywhere. Host was very responsive and helpful. Can't beat the view of the grand canal!

Amazing stay in Venice

We loved our stay at Hugues’ apartment. He met us for the check in process and was a truly welcoming host. The views of the Grand Canal are amazing and the apartment is clean and well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family trip to Venice

Hugues was a great host and his place exceeded our expectations. Big, beautiful and in a wonderful, quiet and very convenient location in San Marco right on the Grand Canal. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity.

Amazing views and close to everything!

We loved this place. You could wake up every morning and watch the boats on the Grand Canal. It was close enough to walk anywhere you needed.
