We had an amazing stay. Our host were helpful getting us to and from the apartment the apartment is simply beautiful and well appointed.

Incredible location in Saint Marks Square

This location surpassed what I would ever believe could be a residence on VRBO. What a fantastic place to stay.

The location was the absolute highlight of our trip! Staying in Piazza San Marco allowed us to explore all of Venice while still being just a short walk from the apartment. Check-in was seamless; the hosts were in constant communication before the trip and after we landed. We were even met at the docks and shown to the unit. The view and ambiance were incredible—the pictures truly don’t do them justice. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view

Perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of things. This is not a quiet and peaceful place and it’s but a great people watching place as the terrace is everything.

I cannot say enough about our stay in this apartment. It was our first three nights of our time in Italy, and set the entire tone of our magical trip. Marco was so easy and helpful to communicate with, and morning pastries and cappucinos over St. Mark's Square were divine. I would recommend this apartment to ANYONE visiting Venice. Sure, a bit of a splurge - but very worth it. Be sure to tour the Doge's Palace, just two minutes away. Perfecto - and thank you!

Amazing location and view

This place is all it claims to be, with convenient location and amazing views from the huge (I mean huge) deck overlooking the piazza. We came with 4 kids age 9-16 and everyone loved it. We especially enjoyed sipping coffee and wine on the deck while the kids slept in. Rent this place.

Fantastic!

The location and view are perfect! The location on St. Mark’s Square is central to sights, shopping, and transportation. And the view is amazing! The Basilica can be enjoyed from the patio and the rooms facing it. Communication prior to arrival was great, and check-in was easy. A rep met us on arrival to escort us to the property. Would love to stay here again.

Such a great property!

Perfect location, especially for our grandmother who came. She was able to go take a rest during the day. Views were amazing. Wonderful hosts who helped us navigate our departure which was complex on a holiday. One of the single beds was broken, but we easily fixed it. The Wi-Fi, was good. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Romantic and Vibrant Views of Venice!

From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in all of the beauty and wonder that is Venice. We were greeted at the water taxi dock by Enrica who took exceptional care of us throughout our entire stay. The apartment is beautifully appointed with colorful decor, comfortable beds & baths and updated kitchen. However, the balcony which overlooks St. Marks Square is just spectacular. We strolled the lovely streets of Venice and then enjoyed a glass of wine enjoying the breathtaking views! I hope to return someday!!!

Amazing Villa in Venice

If you are looking for an amazing view in the heart of Venice, look no further. This is a large place with plenty of room for 6-8 people. The pictures don’t do it justice as it lies in the center of the most famous square in Venice. We had absolutely no issues - everything was provided and the host was amazing even coordinating our boat back to the train station at the end of our stay - and then escorting us to the dock to make sure we found the right boat! If you want to stay at the best place in Venice - stay here - you won’t regret a moment.

Amazing location and experience!

An amazing location - nothing beats it! Waking up to Piazza San Marco and falling asleep to the clock tower bells was magical. The apartment is huge and has plenty of room for a family to spread out and enjoy time together and also having personal time. The lift makes the fourth floor walk up easier and is great for bringing up luggage and tired feet after a day exploring Venice. The leasing company is professional, responding promptly and accommodating all requests. A true gem and the icing on a magical experience! Thank you!!

Unforgettable

You can't stay in a more beautiful place. The pictures don't do it justice, the views, the cleanliness, and the newness of the apartment. Magical. Wifi not that strong but I brought a hotspot that could pick up 4G so could do zoom. Also they even had a foldable desk so could truly "work from home.".

The most beautiful view of San Marco Square

We stayed a week to celebrate my 50th birthday in Venice. This is our 3rd time visiting the city and I call tell this was the most unique and beautiful of our trips. Due Leoni Terrace is the special place that make you feel the most special people. The staff managing the property is very caring and professional. We had a very rare opportunity to meet with the owners and they were like angels, amazing and kind people. I recommend Due Leoni Terrace to anyone that want to visit Venice and experience the most beautiful and real picture of the most amazing city in the world. The perfection of a decoration that transport you to another place in history.

“An Enchanting Stay with Spectacular Views of St. Mark’s Basilica”

Our stay in Venice was nothing short of magical, and this stunning apartment made it all the more memorable. Located directly on St. Mark’s Square, the views of the Basilica were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset when the square was quieter and the light bathed the city in a golden glow. The apartment itself was elegant, with spacious rooms and a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. After staying here, you will not be able to stay anywhere else in Venice.

I have been going to Venice for 50 years and never have I stayed in such a wonderful property. To stay right on San Marco square is unreal and to have the famous Orologio of Venice as you own person alarm clock is amazing. As you sit on the balcony taking in San Marco church (about 50 feet away) with a coffee or drink you can really study the church and square below you. The property itself is top notch! It is very well maintained and very clean with washer/dryer (that really works) dishwasher, A/C. The daily housekeeping is also a big plus. The views on Venice staff could not have been better, from our first contact with Annalisa, who gave us all the pre-stay details and booked our watertaxi; then Caterina who assisted us when we landed and finally Enrica, who meet us at the watertaxi (in San Marco) and walked us to and checked us in to the property. Thank you to all of you and we cannot wait to stay at the property again!

As spectacular as it looks

Wonderful place right on St Marks Square. You can hear the orchestras from the balcony and see all the sights. Very clean. Hosts were great. Only drawback is you are so close to everything you can hear the famous clock tower bells of you are in the front bedroom but it was not too bad. Rest was wonderful.

Central location and amazing view!

Apart from the incredible location right at the piazza, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable for my family. Having a lift in the building (although very small and old) was a plus as well. The view was also incredible - almost unreal! Located at the center means plenty of noise - different bells from nearby towers ring until midnight and start ringing from very early in the morning, so this may wake you up especially if you sleep in the main masters bedroom. The noise from tourists enjoying the piazza late at night can also be heard quite well if you are in the livingroom and masters bedroom, so if you are a light sleeper, this may affect your stay.

Great view of St. Marks Squarw

Would stay here again. For three generations ranging from 12-69 there was plenty of space. Very clean. Internet about 8 mb down but having come from a cruise, it was great. Balcony is fantastic. We ate breakfast there. At sunrise one morning there were gnats so we should have had insect repellant. Hostess arranged for transportation from cruise ship on arrival and on departure to airport. We had everything planned but if not I am sure she would have arranged for more. Apartment is three blocks from water taxi and we did not need a porter since our luggage had wheels. Be sure to get a price for the porter and other transportation and services. If a group be sure price is for the group and not per person. Great visit, Thank you.

Breathing View of Venice

This property is beautiful. The terrace is everything this place is about. The windows are open so you can wake up to the most beautiful view. We felt like royalty. You get to hear all three bell towers ring throughout the day…and through the night. So bring some earplugs if that bothers you. We had a wonderful stay and it’s close to Cafe Florian and literally on St Mark’s Square!!

Hard to beat :-)

We had been to Venice many times in different places and locations. It is hard to imagine that there is place in Venice that would have a cooler location. Besides of the flat itself that is very nice, with a very nicely equipped kitchen (You will be tempted to cook yourself, having that balcony over S. Marco) you are always very near to anything you could think of in Venice. Should You wish to do so, you can always return "home" for a break and be "back on the road" refreshed and rested. The VoV-staff has been very helpfull troughout the planing, booking and stay.
