The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and a miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breathtaking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. In the summer time you are in all the action with a fun and busy beach. In the off season it is private, peaceful, and has stunning, sunrises and sunsets.

The Beach House comfortably accommodates six people and has a sofabed that could accommodate 2 others. The house has a total of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 1000 sq ft second level open floor plan is ideal for entertaining as it extends onto a 20 ft upper deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This living space includes state of the art appliances. A stove, dishwasher, Stainless steel double door over sized fridge, extra large wine cooler, and well stocked kitchen make you feel as if you were in your own home. There is even a massage chair.

The ocean level sports 3 bedrooms, and outdoor shower area. There are 2 master suites with remodeled baths. The 3 bedrooms each have private baths.. The middle master has a deep jacuzzi tub, television, separate stand up shower and bidet. To get to the front master bedroom you can walk through the middle master bedroom or access it through the 2 doors on the beach.

3 decks offer comfortable seating and tables on each. (Unless climate and weather do not permit) An interior spiral staircase allows access to the ocean and the upper level. Televisions on each level allow for easy entertaining, or time to yourself if you require it. Wrap around ocean front and ocean view windows on both levels will give you incredible, well deserved views from sunrise to sunset, and will create memories to last a lifetime.

Please note there are many entrances in and out of the property. There are 2 sets of stairs leading up to the upper level. One set of stairs is a spiral staircase which is located inside and is not suitable for all people. The outside staircase is suitable for anyone who can go up and down stairs.
