Hands down one of the best places we have stayed! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The beach was a quick walk, which was great for having little kids. We will definitely be back!

Awesome. Very clean and friendly

Loved it, will be back for sure! Accommodations, pool, hot tub, beach, ocean and local restaurants are all awesome.

Great place. Even during a hurricane.

Perfect Stay On The Beach

Wonderful accommodations. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful condo with awesome view of the ocean. Doesn't get much better than this!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was clean, beautiful and in a great location. We had family from ages 72 down to 14 and we all had a great time. The view is spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

We all had a great time and the location was amazing. I do agree with some of the reviews that there are things that need some updating, but did not effect our stay.

Miramar 2022

The property is in a great location. The view is amazing. This was our first time to stay in a condo. We have rented houses in the past. It was a great experience. I loved the ease of checking in and out. We were also able to arrive early. Thank you!

Nice Penthouse Great Stay

My family loves the Majestic Sun. We finally made it to the penthouse level and it was great. The size of the penthouse was huge. We took our 1 year old grand baby and she had plenty of room to roam. The space was clean but their were a couple of super small issues but nothing too bad. The oven door wouldn't close all of the way, The "in wall" microwave was broken (you already knew this because there was a counter top microwave there for use) and the 2nd bathroom shower drain was slow to drain. Other than that, we loved the penthouse and the property never disappoints. See ya next year:)

It’s a beautiful location and the unit its very nice just needs a face lift.

The renting was very easy plus all information needed for check in and all unit codes were available. It’s a great place just needs updated

IT WAS EVERYTHING!!

Although there was a hiccup with heating unit when we arrived, it was addressed promptly before it became a sore spot in our vacation. Unit 1203B WA SPECTACULAR

Beautiful!

The condo was beautiful, and the views were spectacular. There were a few minor issues with the appliances, which they tried to resolve but we're waiting for an appointment with a specialist. Our overall experience was amazing. Just make sure you know there is a parking garage and there is parking out of it as well but it may be a short walk.

Memorable Thanksgiving!

Although we had a wonderful time and the unit was adequate it is in need of a modernization. New paint, updated light fixtures, upbeat furniture and new mattresses. The condo is extremely ornately decorated and needs a facelift. Doesn’t have an upbeat, cheerful feel at all.

Wonderful condo

We enjoyed a 4 night stay with our daughter, son in law, and their two girls (10 and 13). The best part was the beach, just across the street. White powdery sand, perfect waves for the girls to use their boogie boards, and nice warm water. Heavenly. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed, and the balcony is great. The appliances are a bit dated (the dishwasher and clothes dryer didn’t work all that well) but overall we had a wonderful experience.

This property was extremely worn and nasty.

This property was extremely worn and nasty!! From the squeaky beds to mold in the showers this unit needs major attention. I would recommend staying in a 19.99 a night motel rather than this crap hole. Wish I could submit the pics.

Loved the condo, beach and location!!

First time in Miramar/Destin area and we loved it. Beach was amazing and perfect for a family vacation. Condo was perfect for us and plenty of room to be comfortable. Views are top notch. We would love to go back!
