Hi, our names are Patricia & Steve Amitrano proud owners of this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. We reside in South Jersey close to Philadelphia (go Phillies!) Our son, daughter-in-law and their three children live in Florida and our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 children live just steps away from us in NJ. In order to share equal time for all, we decided to purchase and rent this magnificent unit with occasional dates set aside to vacation with our children and grandchildren at this luxurious Florida beach resort. Our goal is to treat our guests as family and provide affordable 5 star accommodations to all who visit.

A constant supply of warm weather (temps range from low 70s in the winter to low 90s in the summer) and close proximity to two airports (St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport) make planning a vacation here a no-brainer.
