Mountainside Condo at Sugarbush Vt Walk to Resort!

Located in the heart of Sugarbush Village and a 5 minute walk/ski to the resort, this one bedroom condo with king sized bed features a south facing deck with ski area views, a fully stocked kitchen with new dishware and a pull-out couch for 2 additional guests. Repainted and newly furnished last fall, the unit is in a great location close to the resort base for all of your social events and athletic activities. In the summer, there is also a heated pool on site featuring plenty of sun!

Great location for skiing sugarbush

Clean and well maintained. Easy access and parking. Short walk to / from slopes and shops. Pretty much as close as one can get at Sugarbush. Effectively ski on and off. Good communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a ski weekend

Great little place for a ski weekend! You can ski down to the lifts from across the parking lot, or else walk a short distance over to the lodge.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

My husband, son, and I spent 4 nights at this condo and enjoyed Christmas morning here. The condo has a beautiful view of the east side of the slopes, is well stocked, and the bed is on the firmer side but still very comfortable. Note that the fireplace is not useable due to a building policy but the condo was warm and cozy so it was not needed. To access the slopes, it's just a short walk up the parking lot to grab the Out to Lunch run. If we go back to Sugarbush, we would stay here again.

Nice location; great layout

The property was in a great location, about a 2 min drive to Lincoln peak. The layout was spacious and the furnishings were very nice. I would stay here again.

Nice location, Matt is very responsive to questions. Kitchen is well equipped. Had hoped for laundry facilities, but there are none on the property.

Great stay for long ski weekend

The condo was great for a long ski weekend for the two of us. The location was great - can walk to the ski lifts. Rooms were nicely updated and decorated.

Easter Weekend at Sugarbush

We decided to book a last-minute trip to Sugarbush for Easter weekend and truly lucked up. We found this unit to be the perfect condo for us( two adults and our 5yr old son). The space was clean, had all of the amenities we needed and was only a 5 min walk to the base and ski school for our son. My son loved the available board games. We will always seek this unit out for future Sugarbush trips.

GREAT PLACE FOR SKI IN/SKI OUT

I have stayed at 2 other units in the nearby buildings and this one was the nicest. Short walk up the parking lot to ski down "Out to Lunch".

Great slopeside condo for weekend stay

This condo is expertly located on the in-road / out-road trail to the village quad, right next to Reks in the historic village. It was very clean and fully functional and we would love to stay here again any time!

Just spent our weekend there (3 nights), attended the women ski camp (highly recommended, great instructors). Good location for ski in/out, clean and updated furnishing, light and airy feel. Bed is very comfy. Great spot to stay for skiing purpose!!

Convenient location to slopes and comfortable accommodations

Very convenient location to slopes and easy ski out/ski in access to and from the slopes. The accommodations are comfortable and relaxing with everything I needed for my stay. Directly above Mountainside Ski Shop for renting the demo skis I needed since I didn’t bring my skis. I will consider this condo for possible future trips to Sugarbush.

Perfect in every way!

This property was absolutely perfect! Location was SPOT ON, literally minutes from the slopes and restaurants. It had everything we needed, just wish the fireplace worked… that would have been the cherry on top!

Ski weekend

Great condo near everything. Walk to trail to ski on/off. Close to the resort bars and restaurants. Condo perfect for couple. Wish fireplace was working. Will be back.

Sugarbush weekend

This one bedroom is perfect for a ski weekend. The unit is clean and cozy. And the location couldn’t be better. Ski on/off and walkable to restaurants.

Excellent location and comfortable unit

Great location. 5 minute walk to the lift. The condo unit is clean, large, modern and well organized. Very comfortable with a spacious bedroom and living area. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. It was only 2 of us but I could see a family of four being very comfortable here. It was our first time to Sugarbush and we loved the little village. We had dinner at Chez Henri (only steps away) and it was so special. There is a ski shop underneath the unit as well, so everything you need is very accessible.

Look no further for your stay at Sugarbush!

We walked into to a very clean, bright, roomy condo which is very tastefully decorated. The set up was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of glasses, mugs, utensils, cutting boards, lots of pots and pans, sharp knives, and any other item we needed during our stay. The bed room was spacious with a super comfortable king sized bed ,extra blankets and plenty of pillows. There was a dresser and a closet with more than enough hangers in addition to tables for our luggage. The heat worked great. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for skiing. We just walked over to the lift (not enough snow to ski there). Matt was extremely responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. He even contacted us and offered to mail back some forgotten items.I would highly recommend this VRBO! Hoping to get back there again this year.

We are lifetime Sugarbush skiers and currently live near Cape Cod. I attended the University of Colorado and we got married in Vail, Co. My parents picked Sugarbush Resort for the great variety of skiing and we drove up just about every weekend. They, too, owned a place on the mountain.

I am happy to carry on the family tradition of skiing at Sugarbush. We always wanted to buy a unit up here and could not pass this one up when it came on the market.
And the skiing is better than ever!
