We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed hanging out on the porch! The hosts sent all pertinent information days before our trip, and I really liked the labels and information throughout the home. I hope we can stay here again someday!

Yes, kitchen was fine for what I needed for cooking. My pets only stayed one night they wanted to go home, but it was great for them if they stayed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa in a quiet area of the island. The screened porch is exceptional with a great golf course and creek view. The beach and restaurants were only a short drive and there was no issue with beach access. The kitchen has everything you would need in terms of cookware, serving and storage. The interior is tastefully decorated and the sofa, chairs, and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking and riding bicycles with plenty of shade trees during the heat of the day. The only negative, if there is one, is that you need to move cars out of the garage to get the golf cart out, should you rent it. Wonderful place…highly recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean, beautiful view and great location. The host, Sandy was very responsive and always quickly. A very comfortable and attractive place to stay.

My family and I have stayed in many different places though VRBO. For years we were St. George Island visitors, Then we moved further south to Sanibel Island for about 8 years. We've gone to the Florida Keys several times staying through VRBO.My wife and I discovered Edisto last fall on an extended weekend trip and fell in love. It literally is the best of both worlds of Sanibel, with all the lush vegetation and palms and biking, as well as St. George with the beautiful beaches. The unit we stayed in is what I would call a duplex condo. It was very quiet and private. We didn't even know there was anyone next door. The condo itself was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect as it was away from the main roads, but close enough we could bike to the beach and reach any one of the 37 or so beach access points within 10 minutes.Sandy was always responsive on the messaging. I felt bad sometimes because I always ask a lot of questions. But she answered all of them quickly and cheerfully. We're already talking about our next trip and staying at this same condo.

My wife and I enjoyed a very quiet getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and any questions we had regarding the house were answered very quickly by the host. The view of the 7th fairway of the golf course was very nice, and the convenience to the beach was also nice. Edisto Beach provided a neat escape from busier beach areas, and some very interesting side trips to Botany Bay and Shell Island. We would definitely consider another visit to Edisto Beach, and would stay at the same house, if it was available.

Terrible weather but great house to stay inside.

House was very nice and well appointed, especially the upscale appliances. Was much nicer than expected for being dog friendly, a nice surprise. Location is on a small quiet circle with no traffic at all. It reminded us of the Disney World villa areas.

Great condo with a great view!

We had a great stay at Edisto. The condo is well appointed and has a spectacular view of the golf course from the screened in porch. Centrally located to everything on the island. A wonderful week of relaxation and enjoying the beach and life on Edisto.

Great condo. Beautiful views. Wonderful bed! My dogs didn’t understand golfing so I probably won’t stay on the course next time though.

A place to relax and enjoy

We loved the location of this duplex- very convenient to the Marina and several restaurants. The owners were very accommodating and quick to assist. We loved all the detailed information given on places to eat and beach access points. The screen porch was by far our favorite place to relax. Renting the golf cart is a must.

Favorite New Beach Retreat

We can’t wait to return to this wonderful property! The condo is full of light, views of golf course and nearby marsh are amazing, and mattresses second to none! The space lives large, kitchen roomy and well-stocked, beach nearby, and a bike friendly area made for a very special beach getaway. Owner friendly and accommodating.

Quiet and peaceful

Very quiet location on the island. All buildings are elevated so be prepared for stairs. Very clean unit. Great screened porch!

Beach and Golf Vacation

Very nice villa; clean, clutter-free, pretty decor. Great location. Backed up to golf course and small creek. Beach a short distance away. Spent a lot of time lounging on screened in back porch. Highly recommend.
