PRIVATE POOL resort style with a tennis, pickle ball, and basketball court. Horse shoe pit with bocce ball. This property is unique. Included is an entertainment area with an outdoor Viking kitchen. In addition, we have beach cruiser bikes and a tandem bike for your enjoyment. Outdoor setting for plenty of guests and an outdoor table fireplace on guest patio.

Magnificent private property located in North Scottsdale. 1.2 acres of a perfect private getaway.
Excellent freeway access, nightlife, and shopping are all very close by including Kierland Commons and Scottdale Quarter. Guests have access to a PRIVATE 45-foot pool as well as a LIGHTED BASKETBALL COURT, LIGHTED PICKLEBALL, AND TENNIS COURT. INCLUDES THE SPORTS BALLS ETC. Outdoor custom Viking kitchen, grill, and refrigerator, for your enjoyment. A laundry facility is available upon request. The unit also offers a fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and the studio-style casita is professionally decorated. Meticulously maintained and fully cleaned and disinfected between guests. If needed for an additional small fee there is a tiny house that sleeps one.

What a wonderful relaxing stay! The grounds are beautiful, and the owners are a joy. From the pool to the chickens to the fruit trees, it is truly magical.

Stunning Property!

Enchanting Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Red Rooster Inn. Accommodations and grounds were impeccable. Susan and Ken were excellent hosts. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and golf courses. We plan to stay at The Red Rooster Inn again next year.

Beautiful Oasis

The red rooster Inn was the perfect retreat for the two of us to have our vacation in Scottsdale. The unit is not huge, but perfect for two people with resort like amenities throughout the property. The host was amazing and we loved the fresh eggs and the fresh oranges picked from the tree for our daily morning breakfast. The location was also very convenient. Thank you so much for having us… We will be back!

Amazing Oasis

Phoenix Open Experience

Susan was an exceptional host and very welcoming. The accommodations were perfect for my husband and me, and we were just 3 miles from the Phoenix Open golf event. A truly unique property right in the heart of a safe, quiet neighborhood. If we ever have the opportunity to return, we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway!

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying here! The home was the perfect size for us and was in a quite private area of the property. We had full access to the pool and barbeque which we enjoyed in wonderful weather. The chicken theme was really fun :) It was one of the most relaxing and pleasant weekends we have had as a couple and we hope to be back soon!

Perfect place for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

Other than the Rooster waking up this morning person earlier than usual (Thrasher, who we came to love!), this was the most beautiful, quiet, relaxing and well kept place we have ever stayed, Including 5 star hotels. Every detail was taken care of and we felt like treasured guests in a home rather than VRBO customers. Highly recommend!! The chickens and the rooster were just a bonus and fun to visit throughout our stay.

Very pleasant setting! Loved the pool and poolside lounge areas! Tennis/Pickleball court and bicycles were a plus! Rooster and chickens provided ambiance! Host was extremely accessible and accommodating! We’ll be back!!

Spring Training

Susan was very accommodating and made us feel at home. The property is very expansive and we used the pickleball court a lot. The casita was very clean and it was great to have condiments available. The property had easy access to the events that we wanted to go to. We would love to visit again.

Red Rooster Inn rocks!!!

The Red Rooster Inn is the perfect setting to unwind. We loved the poolside chill factor, the lawn area to stretch, the bocce ball court, and the entertaining chickens and rooster. Our host, Susan, went out of her way to be attentive including having the bicycles repaired in a timely manner. (We especially enjoyed the bicycle built for two.) We’ll be back whenever we come to Scottsdale!

Home away from home

The casita is immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfy. The property is even more beautiful and welcoming than the pictures. The owners, Susan and Ken are warm, friendly and interesting. Susan went above and beyond anything I could have expected to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She has an amazing knowledge of how to make a guest feel at home. She is a delightful and warm person and I hope to return to her lovely casita again and again.

Absolutely Perfect

My husband wanted a few days in AZ to golf and I wanted to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We got more than we could have hoped for at the Red Rooster Inn. Clean and comfortable guesthouse with every amenity you could possibly need, nestled in a backyard paradise. The pool and patio, outdoor kitchen, tennis court - all beautifully landscaped with lush flowers and fruit trees. We enjoyed it all. Susan and Ken were the perfect hosts - friendly and welcoming. We loved our time there and are already thinking about when we can go back. Thank you for a most enjoyable vacation!

To Infinity and Beyond

To Infinity and Beyond…. Is the best way to describe our host Susan. She was very informative and in fact went beyond infinity to ensure we were satisfied. The pictures of this property do not even come close to the real thing. Our Casita was awesome and had everything you could possibly want or need. This property has it all for the best staycation of your life. The price can’t be beat. Imagine a private resort all your own. Well, now you can, you got to see it to believe it. Have fun, Arizona is calling.

Nestled on a large parcel in a suburban North Scottsdale neighborhood, we love our private oasis surrounded by palm trees and lush landscaping. We adore entertaining and have even had weddings in the back yard. Exceptional care has been taken to make the property an elegant place to stay while remaining part of our beloved home. Coming from the Homebuilding industry for 40 years I know what it takes to take care of a property.

Those attending the Arabian Horse Show, Barrett Car Auction, Spring Training Games, and Tournament Players Club (TPC) consider this an ideal place to stay, with Kierland Commons nearby for shopping, dining, and nightlife. And of course 2023 Super Bowl.

Our guests tell us this feels like their own private resort. The property is very quiet and sits on 1.2 acres with 13 producing citrus trees for your enjoyment. You'll have access to our private lighted pickleball, tennis, and basketball court, 1 outdoor gas fireplace and 1 log burning fire pit, a 45' resort-style pool, and expansive flagstone deck and patio. A private outdoor kitchen is yours to use located closer to the main residence. It has its own sink, fridge, and barbecue.
You will be happy with the privacy and getaway especially in today's environment.
