Beautiful modern guest house located in the heart of north Phoenix! Quick drive to Old-town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and centered between nearly every Spring Training stadium! This location allows you to see and do it all!

House sleeps 4-5 adults comfortably and offers additional baby/kid-friendly accommodations.

The guest house sits at the back of the main property offering privacy and a quiet environment. This is a separate unit with private access on the side of the property.

Access to private pool is now available year-round! The pool is located on the main property, so we ask that guests prearrange pool/yard time to ensure the yard is set up and guests have private use. The pool is available from 9am - 8pm for 3-hour blocks of time. We are typically able to accommodate short notice for use but do ask guests to plan as far in advance as possible. Only confirmed guests are allowed to access the pool.

Clean and well stocked

Very clean and nicely stocked with bottled water, coffee pods, laundry soap, lots of towels and blankets. Great 12 day stay with gated parking in nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Appreciated the interior design elements and the quiet guest house.

Perfect place!

Our family of 4 came into the area for a long weekend. This place was perfect. Very clean, all amenities were appreciated. Located in a great neighborhood and easy to get everywhere. We would definitely come back and tell our friends to use it.

Perfect spot!

In town for 2 nights for an event. The guest house was perfect. Access was easy, communication was excellent and the house was immaculate. I would highly recommend.By the way, really comfortable sheets on the beds!

Holiday Fun!

Great location, nice guesthouse

We had a great stay at this guesthouse. The location was very convenient and the host was responsive and knowledgeable. The pool was a welcome respite for our 12 year old son and the guesthouse met all our needs.

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay. Was in town for a work conference and this was a convenient option. The host was great. Very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely look to stay their again on future trips.

Very nice casita

We stayed 6 nights at the property. It was very nice and very clean. Amanda was very responsive. We used the pool which was very nice several times. it was a nice break from the extreme heat. We would certainly stay here again. Very nice place in a great location.

Perfect in every way!

Roadrunner Estates East was perfect for our us! Great location and the hosts are exceptional. The home was so clean and spacious. The location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here for a visit to the Phoenix area.

Beautiful space!

The hostess is wonderful! She really takes care of the guest house and is very pleasant to work with. The home is beautiful and the small touches and attention to detail makes it very welcoming and comfortable to stay in. We would definitely stay here again!

MIM Marathon

My friend and I travelled from Ohio to visit the Musician Instrument Museum (MIM) that is just a 7 minute drive from this location. After 8 hours of walking through the museum, it was great to get "home" quickly with zero headache. The house was well-designed to accommodate a family of four+ or a couple of sojourners, such as ourselves. Big shared bathroom was fine and we each had our own bedroom. Wide open living area with BIG refrigerator, so a longer stay could accommodate plenty of groceries from the nearby Wal-mart or leftovers from the great restaurants we discovered in the area. Everything else we visited was only a 20 minute drive, including the airport, so definitely will plan to stay here again on our next extended stay to Phoenix. With the adjoining pool, a summer excursion may be on the agenda soon. :-)

Travelled for surgery

Property was very nice and comfortable. Access to major road was close by. Neighborhood was quiet. Amanda replied promptly to any questions I had. Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely enquirer on availability if I came to Phoenix again

Wonderful stay

This space was just what we needed. Spent a few days for spring break and this rental checked all the boxes. The space was clean which is what I always look for when we do rentals. The location gave us easy access to spring training games as well as things to do in the evening with our kids! The kitchen was well stocked, and I appreciate the coffee! There were even yoga mats so I was able to get a quick work out in before we headed out for the day. Would definitely stay here again!

We are Tony, Amanda, and Emmitt (4)! We met here in Arizona after moving from Wisconsin and California, respectively. Emmitt keeps us busy, and we love getting outdoors. Especially if it's for a Spring Training game!
