Modern Guest House in Great Central Location!

Beautiful modern guest house located in the heart of north Phoenix! Quick drive to Old-town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, down the road from the Waste Management PHX Open and centered between nearly every Spring Training stadium! This location allows you to see and do it all!

House sleeps 4-5 adults comfortably and offers additional baby/kid-friendly accommodations.

The guest house sits at the back of the main property offering privacy and a quiet environment. This is a separate unit with private access on the side of the property.

Please note for Reviews: As of April 2026, access to the main house pool and/or backyard is no longer available.

House was very clean and had everything needed for a long stay! Neighborhood is quiet but close enough to shopping and restaurants (e.g. within 5-7 min drive). Amanda was quick to respond to questions and was thoughtful to text about the gate functionality after a big storm! Would absolutely stay again!!

We loved our stay. The pool was fabulous. The perfect heated water temperature for March. Area was super quiet. The rental home had lovely decorative details throughout the house.

Amanda and Tony were wonderful hosts, very attentive and quick to communicate. The place is clean and efficient. They really put alot into detail for guest comfort. There is a private drive to a private dwelling. Complete privacy in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay again.

the home was clean the towels and beds were clean however, the cook ware was old and greasy, we did not use any of it which was disappointing as we had hoped to cook more microwave in inconvenient space in the bedroom with the 2 twins, the pool motor was too loud in general, a good stay parking off street is great nice quiet neighborhood nearby stores are easy

AGreat location, super private and quiet guest house and neighborhood, wonderfully decorated and appointed interior, sparkling clean throughout. Host provides everything you might need plus many thoughtful extras and responds quickly to communications. This place is now my #1 go to in Phoenix and I will definitely be back!

Great location, nice guesthouse

We had a great stay at this guesthouse. The location was very convenient and the host was responsive and knowledgeable. The pool was a welcome respite for our 12 year old son and the guesthouse met all our needs.
