ABOUT THE RENTAL
This beautifully-renovated and maintained 1890s Victorian home sits right in the heart of the historic Mitchell Street residential district, just up the hill from Petoskey's downtown Gaslight District. Enjoy summer evenings on the front porch sipping a glass of wine, or stroll just a few blocks to enjoy downtown restaurants and entertainment. This home offers four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, all fully renovated with its enchanting original charm in mind. The main level offers a bright kitchen with a large deck off the side for grilling and entertaining, two living areas, dining room, and a full bath. The upstairs offers all four bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Its central location to Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Boyne City, and more, makes it ideal for day trips and golf outings. Check out the local farmer's markets, entertainment in the parks, or grab your bike and jump on the Little Traverse Wheelway. End your day with a walk down to the harbor, where you will experience the most amazing sunsets ever! Just like every sunset, every day in Petoskey is unique and amazing! Location does not get any better if you're looking to experience Petoskey at its historic best.

Excellent vacation paradise

I cannot say enough about this 5 star property. Everything you could possibly need-it has! Excellent location to downtown Petoskey-easy walk. Every room was fully stocked and we needed nothing. Although Victorian in house architecture, each room has been remodeled with modern features and updated decor. I can’t think of a single thing negative. We went during Petoskey Christmas Open House, Dec 5-7, 2024 and everything was snow covered. It was beautiful

Absolutely perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This charming house has been nicely updated and meticulously maintained so our experience was wonderful from the moment we stepped in. We were a group of 5 women and there as ample bedroom and bathroom space for everyone to enjoy their own retreat. The location was ideal, there was plenty of parking space, and excellent communication by the management team. Nearly everything you needed was waiting at the house (except extra boxes of tissues; there was only one). Departure rules were short and simple so we were able to vacate earlier than the required time. We had a fantastic time in Petoskey and staying at this property made it that much better.

The Perfect Petoskey Home

This was the perfect place to meet and hang out together, SO well-equipped and spacious. It was clean, bright, beautifully decorated and quiet.

The cushions on the white couch slip forward, th see lack chair sinks you to the ground. Just not enough good places to sit. The twin beds are very creaky when you so much as roll over.

Lovely Home in Petosky!

The house was a perfect home to visit northern Michigan! Super clean and great location. My only complaint is - only one box of Kleenex in the whole house. Also hand bars in the shower would be great for older travelers, so they feel safe. But really a lovely home and decorated so well.

Nice near downtown Petoskey

We enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient to walk to and from a wedding downtown. The home was large and had all of the amenities we needed.

Beautiful house, great location

This is a beautiful house in a great location and easy walk to shops, restaurants, the Lot and early morning coffee (and juice!) at the Grove. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Girls' Getaway

We are a group of 4 long time female friends who travel somewhere each year. We've had multiple trips to Sonoma and also traveled to Charleston and Santa Barbara. We absolutely loved Petoskey. And the house was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well equipped - much more than we needed. We enjoyed the living space for evening wine and the dining room for breakfasts. The bedrooms were perfect - fresh and each different from the others. The house was easily walkable to excellent restaurants and shopping.

This beautiful, large home was perfect for our getaway with two other couples. The home was clean and well stocked. Check in was simple. Communication from the property manager was excellent.

Perfect location for a group

The house was perfect - very clean, comfortable, and group friendly. We loved having coffee on the porch in the morning and a glass of wine on the back patio in the evening. We were a group of 7 in town for a wedding and the house was in a convenient location that was an easy walk to all of the great restaurants and shops downtown. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
