Summary:
This uniquely historic and spectacular property consists of three individual houses which can be enjoyed as one large estate or separately as 2 individual properties. The oceanfront Casa Koll and its guest home Casa La Roca are joined by the neighboring oceanfront home of Villa Pacifica.
The Space:
Los Cabos is home to many magnificent luxury homes, but there may be none that compare to the combined Koll Estate. Located on the soft, sandy beach of Palmilla Bay, this beachfront estate features some of the calmest waters. Casa Koll was actually built by Don Koll one of the original developers in Cabo San Lucas including such famous landmarks as Palmilla, The Hacienda, and Cabo del Sol. It is located in the most prestigious gated community, Palmilla Norte.
Casa Koll really sets the standard for luxury vacation living. The great house is inspired by the enchanting French medieval chateaus of the old world. Casa Koll is built with sand-colored stone walls, intricate wrought iron fixtures, exquisite woodwork and elegant decor. Torches cast the natural glow of fire across the terrace. Reclaimed materials have been used to enhance Koll’s picturesque beauty, including roof tiles from a 19th century Veracruz hacienda and antique floor tiles from an Andalusian estate.
Casa Koll and Casa Roca combined feature eight bedrooms with direct terrace or balcony access with private ocean views. The master suite features a jetted tub and a lounge. The open floor plan showcases a traditional fireplace extending up to the spectacular wood herringbone ceiling. The gourmet French-style kitchen exudes warmth with its soft pretty earthy tones, tile and stone counters cabinets, and rustic wooden table with seating for ten.
Outdoors, Casa Koll continues to amaze and surpass expectations. The large lawn is big enough for any outdoor activities, and there’s even a tennis court. The estate also has large palm trees, and raised garden beds filled with fragrant bougainvillea down to the beachfront. A carpet of soft green grass blankets the outdoor spaces and surrounds the massive pool and a hot tub that floats just above the beach the water of its infinity edge appearing to meet the ocean on the horizon. The pool house includes a full outdoor kitchen with living and dining space. Lounge chairs and a gas fire pit provide the perfect spot to sit under the stars and listen to the ocean up on a prominent high point in the property.
Next to the Casa Koll, Casa La Roca is spacious and well-equipped on its own. Offering four bedrooms with their own baths, a large chef’s kitchen and a very large living and dining area, this villa has all of the amenities that vacationers could desire. There are two master suites and two family suites that are ideal for kids one with two bamboo-framed four-poster beds, and a Siren suite that has two twin beds with a mermaid skillfully carved into each one. Charming wood furnishings, local pottery and festive artwork are found throughout Casa La Roca, creating a very inviting space.
Access to the exclusive Palmilla residential community’s Golf and Tennis Clubs. Additional fees apply.

Daily housekeeping is included with your rental. Housekeepers will visit daily to make beds, wash and replenish all bath & pool towels, take out trash, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, refresh empty paper products, refresh any soap products provided with rental. Villa housekeeping staff do not work on Sundays or holidays. Consult your concierge for specifics during your dates.
