You will enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with high quality finishes throughout - Vaulted Ceilings, wood laminate and ceramic tile floors, many solar tubes to brighten the home, maple cabinetry and more! Every immaculate room is very tastefully decorated. Everything you will need is included - dishes, flatware, towels, linens, BBQ grill, washer/dryer and more. Electric golf cart, 2 flat-screen TV's (one is a smart TV) , cable and high speed internet (WIFI).

The home and property were excellent. The host was willing to answer any questions I had at a moments notice. I will be staying there again anytime I visit Lady Lakes or the surrounding area!

We needed a place to stay while visiting family in The Villages and this was perfect. Kathy was super thorough and communicative about the property and our stay! Highly recommend this property.

Great experience!

We loved this home and would definitely stay again. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth with no issues. It was very quiet and peaceful. The hostess made everything easy.

The shops were close by. Also activities at The Villages were located near by. They had a wide range of activities. Also plenty of places to eat. We enjoyed the house, the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and the TV"S.Would highly recommend this home. It has everything to offer. Even a golf cart (though we didn't use it).

Villages Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely maintained home. The house was beyond clean, and well appointed. We were very close to both Sumpter Landing and Brownwood square’s restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend staying here and enjoying all the Villages have to offer.

Wonderful vacation

Great property with a great location. The couch is old and uncomfortable but Kathy is very attentive to any needs when asked. Definitely coming back.

Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house, it was comfortable and cozy at the same time. The bedrooms were very spacious as were the bathrooms. Location was great! We would definitely choose to rent the property again on our next visit to the Villages.

We visited The Villages for the first time in 2013, and knew this was the place for us. There is no other community in the country with so much to offer, and with a prime central location.

This home is walking distance to the family pool (for all ages), the adult pool (for friends and adult family members) and, rec centers, A short drive to Sumter Landing Landing town center, Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Friendly, helpful neighbors, too!!

Free golf is only the beginning of the activities found in The Villages. Enjoy line-dancing lessons, tennis, table tennis, bridge, pinochle and mah-johgg. fitness classes, pilates and yoga of all levels, fishing, canoeing and kayak clubs, and so much more! (Pick up a copy of the current week's events at any rec center.) Enjoy shopping, movie theaters, live performances, over 60 restaurants, and free nightly entertainment and dancing at nearby Lake Sumter Landing, or Spanish Springs or Brownwood Town Centers. So much fun at no extra cost!! Do as much or as little as you like!.
