Location:
Newly remodeled (May 2021) and surrounded by majestic mountains, this spacious retreat is located just 1.5 miles from Durango Mountain Ski Resort (Purgatory), 30 miles or less from fabulous shopping and eating in both Durango and Silverton, and just 42 miles from the Durango airport.

Activities:
Enjoy nearby hiking trails, water falls and swimming holes, hot springs, incredible mountain biking, horse back riding, tubing, white water rafting, zip lining, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, ATVs and jeeps, tennis, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snow shoeing, and sledding. Or just relax and take in the beauty!

The Condo:
Perfect for families or friends, the condo has 3 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft (sleeps 8), 3 bathrooms, a large open-concept family room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and two balconies. Also provided for your enjoyment are two flat screen televisions, two DVD players, a large selection of movies, games and books, a stereo, free wi-fi, stocked fire wood, sleds and tennis rackets.

Amenities:
Amenities on the property include a large indoor swimming pool, indoor Jacuzzi, two outdoor hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, game room, tennis court, BBQ grill, covered parking, lodge, ski rental shop, and free shuttle to the ski mountain (in winter).

Beautiful condo with amazing view. My family and I made ourselves at home in a well-planned space. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Our family has been doing this for many years, and I have to say, dealing with Keith was one of the smoothest and easiest I have ever experienced. We had every comfort and it was a relief that we could leave some of the food as we had come in from multiple locations.

Lovely place to stay!

We have stayed here twice and will likely make this our yearly family gathering place. Beautiful, comfortable, quiet. The ease of renting skis on-site and the shuttle to the ski area are bonuses.

Great condo!Amazing views of the mountains. Photos and descriptions was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again for another ski trip. Came to ski for a few days. Shuttle to purgatory is perfect. Owners were very helpful in their communication. Had just a few questions when we couldn't find something and they were quick to respond.

Great place for family ski trip

Our large family had a wonderful New Year’s ski trip while staying at this place. It had everything we could possibly need, and the location was excellent. Keith was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We look forward to booking again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location is great since we went skiing twice. Beautiful view!Kitchen well equipped. Great communication with our host. We forgot something at the house when we left and he kindly mailed it back to us. I will definitely stay here again!

Our favorite part of the condo was the fireplace - made the whole place warm and cozy. The view of the moonrise and colors from the sunset were amazing - made up for the lack of snow!

This place had a beautiful view of the scenery outside. The home itself was cozy and comfy and equipped with everything we could need. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Fantastic condo and area.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. It was easy to communicate with the property managers and they were helpful and accommodating. The area is beautiful and we were able to get in a wonderful hike to Ice Lake and a relaxing soak in the hot tub afterwards.

Ski Weekend

We had an amazing time staying at this home. It was beautifully renovated, clean, and lots of space. The location was so close to Purgatory ski resort, which was awesome for us after a long day of skiing. Communication with the owner was exceptional. I highly recommend this property!
