Beautiful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautiful, and very well stocked. The only improvement we could suggest is the phone service. None of us could get cell service. We tried wi-fi calling but that would not work either. Other than that everything was beautiful.

Perfect for our family get together

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location and the perfect set up for our family get together. The unit has plenty of room for all of us to gather, and the bedrooms offered lots of options for sleeping arrangements. We especially appreciated that the Queen bedroom has a sink/mirror/toiletries area and that it also connected to the full hall bathroom. All the bedrooms have big walk-in closets with drawers for easy storing of our luggage and belongings. The kitchen has every appliance you could need - even a crock pot!The neighborhood is beautiful and well maintained, pool and fitness center were awesome! The balcony/patio off the back overlooks one of the holes on the golf course, beautiful! We were super pleased with the customer service, highly recommend!

Amazing Experience

We booked this property a week prior to out stay. We switched gears because AZ did not have enough snow to ski. We were so fortunate to find such a perfect place. It was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked (we even used the crockpot), towels and bedding were good quality. Lots of great spices and high quality plates. Location was excellent, very close to Purgatory. It was warm and inviting, we had a wonderful time! Can't wait to go back next year. The only thing I would add is a drip coffee pot or add to the description that there is only a Keurig so one can bring their own. The one bedroom upstairs with the double bunk beds was a bit tight. No one wanted to sleep on the bottom bunk due to the closeness of the top bunk. I would suggest making that room just a queen bed. Not sure those beds were meant to be bunks? We also could not get the steam shower to work in the master. Thank you for opening your beautiful house to us!

Thanksgiving in Tamarron

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was more than adequately stocked with all the cooking and dining requirements. There was ample basics for our stay, we did not need to buy any extras. Linens and towels were really good quality. There was enough space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The mattresses were firm and super comfortable. The only negative I would say was perhaps no one had been in recently after the last cleaning was done-so the guest bedroom had a lot of dust on the both the nighstands and in the bathroom too. Some of the light bulbs were also out. We did not want to call the Maintenance so we opted not to use one of the bedrooms. It would be nice for a Maintenance and Cleanliness check to be done a few days before guests arriving. We could have called Maintenance during our stay but decided it was not really a problem and we managed fine. The only other thing to look at maybe is perhaps providing a Space Heater for the Master Bedroom as it was cold and the heating was not effective. The guest room was quite warm so we closed the vents in the room and it was quite comfortable as the comforters and blankets provided were more than sufficient. We loved the house and would love to return again! Andi was super helpful. Though it would be nice to update the listing with the amenities-such as blender and toaster which are provided at the house and we were not sure before coming.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 26 may. 2022
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We had an electrician come in and install new track lighting in the living area. The HVAC company came in to adjust the furnace settings and redirect more of the air to the master suite. We have also put fan switches in the guest bedroom and added the extra small appliances to the property description - toaster, blender, and crockpot. We normally do a pre-guest arrival check, but we missed this one somehow and we apologize! It was a pleasure to host you and Premier Vacation Rentals looks forward to hosting you again soon!

WE had stayed at this property before. Suits our party of 10 perfectly and provided a great base for enjoying Durango and surrounds. I have two complaints however, both of which were overcome but entirely avoidable. First. On the day of arrival, you have our complete payment but no one from the management team pre-flighted the property to make sure it was tennant ready-the air conditioning was off when we opened the door. Room temperature inide was 82 degreesl and it took 24 uncomfortable hours for the unit to cool off. After achieving comfortable temperature, ventilation system worked fine. But with all bedrooms upstairs, heat rising etc, it was not a pleasant first night. -there was no power in the master bedroom complex upon check in. The circuit breaker was tripped. It took some time and coordination with the trouble desk to locate the circuit breaker and reset it after which it did not trip again. . I don't mind paying the price because large groups are hard to find good accommodations for and this place is perfect for us. However for the money I paid, I believe the owner and management facility should prepare the unit for immediate enjoyment by their clients. All that would require is a simple walk through and proper pre-flight. Positive: the help desk was sympathetic, helpful and followed up on issues. Bravo Zulu to them

The place and village was very nice and relaxing. Just far enough away from town to be quiet and situated in scenic beauty, but close enough to get to any Durango activities. I would love to stay there again.
