Custom designed home and property to accommodate handicapped clients and family gatherings. Large open space living area with pool table. Large steam room/shower and master bathtub/shower. Wrap-around porches and 30'x 30' pavillion and small river deck with inner connecting sidewalks. Beautiful large green yard and pristine waters to swim in. Convenient Store 1/2 mile from house. Bordering National forest.

A Perfect River Retreat

River House Retreat A+

Great spot in the woods

Really enjoyed the house, very open and spacious. The property was nice too, especially the huge covered patio and fire pit.

Annual Family Vacation

Another successful family vacation! Enjoyed floating, swimming, and fishing in the river, yard games, and relaxing on the covered porch. The house is always clean and well stocked. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, the property was beatiful and well maintained. We especially enjoyed our private swimming hole. We will be back next year!

Looking to unwind ? This is the place.

This is our favorite destination in Southern Oregon . This property is as great as it gets. Seclusion at it's finest. Recreation on site. Very clean. Everything you need is there. This was our third stay. Plan to make it an annual event. Well worth the stay.

Exceptional lodging

This is a good location to stay overnight before going to Crater Lake the next day and enjoy other area attractions. Also convenient to get back on the highway to return home. The lodge is in a beautiful rural area with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. It is also the cleanest lodging we've ever experienced. The homemade cookies awaiting us were also a pleasant surprise.

Family Vacation

This was our 2nd year visiting. Did not disappoint. House was very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the warm weather and spending time at the river. Such a beautiful property! Hope to come back next year!

Great place to get away and relax

Beautiful property that is well stocked for entertainment, inside and out. Relax on the deck next to the river, enjoy a hike on one of the trails in the nearby Umpqua National Forest, play a game ping pong outside under the covered patio or a game of pool inside later in the evening. I highly recommend the property for a relaxing, disconnected vacation (no cellular network coverage)!

Gorgeous property - We love this place!

We had such a great stay again! First time at this property. Last year we stayed at the house next to it. Both properties are great, well maintained and super immaculate!! Extremely well stocked for cooking & the steam shower was a plus as well! Had a blast playing games, floating on the river and ATV excursions out to explore. Never a dull moment. Let’s just say, 5 stars isn’t enough - superb!

My husband and I live on property adjacent to this property and I have lived here on the river since 1965. We raised our family here.

We built this house with our daughter and son-in-law and used some of the trees off the property to complete the project. We love the views and the access to the river.
