Great spot for family vacation

This is a great location for family vacation...older cottage which comfortably sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms and walkable to Beach & a few neighborhood restaurants.

We really enjoyed this house and the “old school” Florida vibe. The location is great and it has plenty of space. The beds are comfortable and the upstairs “suite” is a nice oasis when the rest of the group is staying downstairs.

Great location, right across the street from the beach & around the corner from a local pizzeria. The owner was great communicating with me, answered all my questions and offered suggestions on places to eat and things to do.

Great location. Just across the street to south beach. Roomy, clean and comfortable. And, we found several restaurants right around the corner. We chose Chez Frenchies and it was great.

Love being across the street from the beach. Went for sunrise and sunset most days.

Great location, pizza less than a block away around the corner, < 2 miles to great groceries, coffee, anything to need.

Awesome location to a great community. Looking forward to coming back. Few loose ends that a detailed cleaning crew could have dial in, but overall a great experience.

Perfectly clean, lots of space, by the ocean. Everything you need for a stay is included. Beach toys and games for family use. Best location for a quiet family getaway.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There were 4 of us and the set up of the house was great for people who wanted to go to sleep early/sleep in. Lots of beach accessories- towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, bikes, etc. This would be great for kids.

We had an amazing time at the Aqua Cottage; the host was so kind when I made an error in the booking and helped me reschedule it easily. The house not only offered plenty of room and space, they had plenty of beach items that we could borrow to take with us to the beach. We had a great time and will likely be back since we have family in the area!!

This is a great property. It is steps away from the beach and has all the things you could want for a beach day. It is also not far from Ocean drive. I highly recommend.
