With the open kitchen, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. This is a split bedroom plan with the master bedroom and private bath on one side of the home and the guest wing on the other side of the home. The master bedroom has a nice comfortable king size bed, TV and private master bath with walk in shower and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin beds that can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed if needed as well as a TV for your guests enjoyment. The den has a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, TV and a desk. The Florida room is off the dining room where you will find a very comfortable sofa and great natural light, by far the best spot in the house to curl up with your favorite book! The screened lanai is off the Florida room and offers a table and 4 chairs this makes the lanai a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and read the newspaper.  It’s also perfect for having a few new friends over for a BBQ on the gas grill or pre-dinner drinks before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing or Spanish Spring's Town Square to dance the night away or just sit back & enjoy the FREE Live entertainment nightly.

This home comes complete and includes a discount for Golf Cart rental, BBQ Grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
