This magnificent 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse boasts a patio and balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The property is thoughtfully laid out to give family members privacy while still enjoying time together in the living room and kitchen areas. This coastal townhome located in the heart of Miramar Beach is sure to feel like your home away from home. Blue Surf 2 sleeps six. 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin size beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Rentals during the peak season are taken from Saturday to Saturday.

Blue Surf 2 is located in a prime location, just steps from the beach! The beach access is conveniently located just across the street from the property. It is also very convenient to walk to Pompano Joe's or Caption Dave's for a drink or a quick bite or walk over at night and enjoy inside dining with a great view! Also, less than three miles from Blue Surf is Destin Commons outdoor mall, movie theater, Uncle Buck's Bowling, Bass Pro, World of Beer, and many other shopping and dining options. And if you don't want to leave the beach road for dinner, you have some great options: Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, Surf Hut, 790 on the Gulf and Camille's. Whether you come to Destin for the fishing, water sports, golfing, or just to relax on the beach, we have you covered.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were evacuated from our vacation condo in ST. Augustine, and in need of a safe place to go with good weather on the beach and Harmony Beach vacations really came thru for us. Great Service!!! Gave us a great rate due to the circumstances, got the condo clean and ready fast for us, and was always very quick to respond if we had any questions. The condo furniture is a little outdated, but for a great price, beach front, clean condo the outdated furniture don't even matter. The location was wonderful!! Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. My kids also enjoyed the nice pool! We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for saving our vacation!!!

Great location! For the most part it was clean, the trash upstairs wasn’t emptied and some dishes were dirty. It was newly updated but the floor upstairs creaked really loud in several spots. Would I rent again? Absolutely!!!

Across from the beach, private pool, clean and spacious abode.Our surprise this year was a new upstairs bathroom! Very nicely done.It’s always clean, plenty of bath towels etc. Manager and Barbara were very nice and accommodating and got us in early. So very nice of them to do that. Many kudos!!I do wish that beach service was included, but it’s not a game changer and we always manage.Thanks for allowing us to stay again and look forward to next year!

Christmas Getaway

The stay was great. We could tell the unit had been updated and it was very nicely done and pleasant. The grounds are nicely kept and we enjoy the property, we saw staff working onsite most days. The heated pool is a favorite component and the beach access is ao convenient! The only hiccup encountered was that we couldn't connect our devices to the wifi after trying several times. It didn't affect our stay since we weren't doing any business this trip, but worth noting in case others plan yo do business during their visit.

Great location with a good view of the ocean , condo was clean and easy to get to. The blinds in the master bed room needs to be changed due to broken. Other then that it was great.

Last minute booking-great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family booked a week from check in and the Harmony team made it so easy! The condo was easy to access, parking was great, clean, and ready for our family. The beach access is handy being right across the road but with it being the Miramar Public access AND Pompano Joe’s parking lot, it can get really busy and crowded. The beach allows canopies, but only behind the rental chairs and it can get quite crowded. The private hose near the condo was great to rinse sand off and we loved being able to leave beach gear on the downstairs patio. The layout of the condo was a bit u usual with the living room being upstairs instead of the second bedroom, but we got used to it quickly. The downstairs bedroom would benefit from a ceiling fan, but the twin beds were great for our teenagers. The management staff was quick to respond with any questions we had. The location was within walking distance to several restaurants: The Whale Tale (about a mile), Badass Coffee, Kenny D’s and Captain Dave’s. All of which were fantastic! We had a great vacation in our Harmony condo. Thank you!!

Needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice but the condo is in desperate need of updating. The carpet was filthy. The property manager did offer to come clean it but we didn't want to have our vacation interrupted. The blinds in the master bedroom don't serve a purpose. The light from the street light blares in through the window making it impossible to get a good nights sleep. This seems to be the only unit that hasn't upgraded. I noticed all the other condos installed upgraded shutters/blinds in the master bedroom. The parking was great, being able to get out of the car and walk right into your condo was nice. However, having the kitchen downstairs and the living area upstairs was a pain. The stairs grow old fast. I've stayed in many condos along 30A and this was my least favorite. But even a bad condo in Miramar Beach is better then a good day at work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Surf is our happy place. It is a perfect location for easy access to the beach and restaurants and just plain people watching. We like this condo for our girls spring getaway and will most likely be returning next year.The new bathroom on the ground floor is beautiful. Kitchen and all necessities are a great addition. Second bedroom with queen bed and second bathroom is handy.Spending our mornings on the balcony drinking coffee and evenings with an adult beverage is perfection.The only request would be to upgrade to a larger, smart tv in the living room. Those are very reasonable and would really be a nice touch for movies in the evening.Destin is always a favorite place to go. Thanks for letting us stay at Blue Surf 2.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean. Close to the beach. We have been staying at Blue Surf for many years. The only problems we had was the upstairs room the street light from the parking lot shined in thought the window. So we could not get much sleep. The down stairs room only had panel curtains on the sliding glass door so they did not stay close . You could see though them. I think both rooms need some black out curtains. The upstairs for sure. Condo was nice but will not rent this one again.

You get what you pay for...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! The unit left much to be desired. We were on a budget so we had fairly low expectations; and they were met. Unit was dated and well worn. The slider door to the patio was broken totally off track; The TV's were small,cheap, no streaming- with a bunch of confusing remotes. 1 one roll of paper towels for a 4 day stay. By day 2 we were using grocery bags for trash. There was enough bad coffee for 2 days out of our 4 (no cream or sugar) and not so much as a salt shaker. The blinds in the master BR were missing slats as were the ones in the living room so the security lights from across the alley blared in our eyes all night as did the noise from the same blare in our ears. At around $250 a night it was over priced but if you want nice you'll be paying $1,000. So yeah a "C"

Mornings were spent on the top deck looking at the beautiful water, days were spent a few steps away at the white powder beach. The condo is roomy, we hosted dinner for friends in the area and it was like being at home. The AC worked great keeping the place cool. The sliding doors are tough to get open, and the shower sliding glass door fell off track. Minor issues. Overall we had a great stay, and I'll be booking next year at the same place!

Great location!!

My husband and two teenage daughters stayed here for spring break. The location is great because you have a clear view of the ocean due to the public parking area. Several walkable restaurants but lots within a five to ten minute drive. Very close to the malls as well. The only issue was the bottom sliding door could probably use some weather stripping. It was very windy one day and the door made a ton of noise. Otherwise, great stay!!
