WOW, WHAT A VIEW Sits on Golf course. Zions, Sand Hollow, Hike, swim, bike, Golf

The backyard has a spectacular view of Coral Canyon Golf Course, mountains, hills and a pond. It sits Right across from pool, hot tubs and showers.
This clean, model home, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 3 TV'S. All on one level. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes, spices, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and much more. Relax each night on the back patio, just soaking up the views.

Sleeps 8 adults in beds. 'SLEEP NUMBER' bed in king room. Individual settings let you choose your own individual comfort. 2nd bedroom has large tv and queen bed. 3rd bedroom has TV bunk bed (1 single and 1 double and 1 queen}. We also have a pack-n-play. Large master closet fits the pack-n-play for a quiet sleeping baby or pad for child. Please read reviews of other guests stay.

Club house area is a big hit for all ages. Conveniently located across the street, with pool, hot tub, ping pong table , fitness center and stocked fishing pond.

Great place

Right on the golf course & Clean and well cared for. Hosts were amazing and gave very clear instructions. Definitely would stay again. Parking is a challenge if you have a trailer.

Family vacation

We chose this house because my hubby wanted to play golf one day, so we chose a house on the golf course.This house was perfect! It sat above hole 13 and every evening, we got to watch the sun set over the golf course from the patio and even from the huge window in the living room. The house was so spacious and perfect for the four adults that we had. I would recommend this house to everyone and will even stay here again ourselves.

It was clearly communicated that we could check in early the day of our arrival. Upon getting settled in it was noted how clean the home was. Everything was available to us as described on VRBO. The location is ideal for Zion and other state parks. We had a great 5 day stay. The grand children from Arizona and their parents visited as well. All six of us were very comfortable and had plenty of space. A short drive to everything needed for a wonderful vacation and the home was well equipped to accommodate all of us. The community pools across the street were an added bonus. We would love to visit Utah again and would definitely consider staying here.

Great place to stay and relax

This is a great condo to stay and relax. It is clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The view is amazing, we loved everything about our stay.

Holiday Fun

Terry was an amazing host and her home is immaculate. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for the family. Close to town and all the area national parks. We will definitely be back!

This is the Place

This is the place to stay in southern Utah. It has a million dollar view of the area and the furniture was comfortable and the home well stocked with any supplies you may need just like at home. Thanks to the owners for providing their home away from home for us to feel like we were at home also. Loved our stay

Wonderful House with Great Location

We stayed here in early April with friends, 4 adults & 3 kids (6, 8, & 8). The house was the perfect size for our group and well appointed with everything we needed. Close to Zion and the State Parks. The pool is across the street and was a big hit with the kids.

Great house in St. George

We were very happy with this reservation. Terry is very responsive and accommodating. The pools are right across from the house. There are 3 pools so it was never crowded. Plenty of parking if extra is needed.

Great Stay

We loved our visit! This home was a perfect location- convenient to Zion, Bryce & local State Parks! The house was clean, had everything we needed & had a beautiful view of the sunsets. The pool is located right across the street & was safe for our kids to go back & forth. Terry was responsive & very easy to work with! Thank You!

Perfect vacation

My small family and my parents came down for a few nights stay and it was wonderful. The house was in perfect order, everything was very easy to use with the instructions left. The pool was very close to the house for and easy walk (right across the street!). I repulsive recommend this rental!

Beautiful

This was exactly as advertised! Absolutely beautiful inside and amazing views outside. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were great to work with. St George is a really neat community with lots of local trails to hike and things to see as well as only 45 minutes from Zion.

Perfect for us

My husband and I, and our adult children visited the North Rim and surrounding area for a few days. This condo was perfect for us. Great location, very comfortable and updated. Clear communication with owners. We made meals in the home - the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely return again, if ever in the area.

Great Place with Tons of Family Activities Nearby

The unit was great. The area was perfect and safe. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were close enough to Zion National Park that we could make a day trip, but also close enough to other activities in the St. George area that we could do on the days when we didn't want to hike and explore the park. There were many excellent golf courses nearby (I'd strongly recommend Sand Hollow and if you don't mind a 45 minute drive over to Nevada, Wolf Creek was JAW DROPPINGLY Beautiful!) We'd highly recommend the area and this particular unit for lodging.

Everything we wanted, and MORE!

What a fabulous home and location! The Spendloves have taken great care to provide all of the things a family would need to be comfortable in their home away from home. The home is beautifully appointed, yet very comfortable and the sleep number bed and the Jacuzzi tub were a definite PLUS. The remote controlled retractable awning made the patio accessible - even with the hot afternoon sun, and the view?? Wow! My husband especially loved the location... fantastic golf at our doorstep, and a lovely pool directly across the street from our unit. We explored other areas of Utah and Nevada while we were there and found that travel was very easy with Highway 15 right around the corner and the St. George airport only 30 minutes away. We visited Snow Canyon, Zion National Park, Las Vegas, Bryce Canyon, Brian Head, and even made the trek to the Grand Canyon during our two week stay (a long drive, but well worth it). The area is really beautiful so when you visit, make sure you wander. Even the drive to Las Vegas was jaw dropping. For us - the little details matter... well appointed kitchen, gas grill, washer and dryer, garage parking with remote... this rental has it ALL. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make a wonderful home cooked meal, and the Spendloves made sure that clear instructions were available for every amenity... including laminated information for all of the remote controls and brochures featuring all that there is to enjoy in the area. If you are planning a trip to Utah, you can't go wrong with this place, and the Spendloves will do their best to make your trip everything you hoped it would be!

We couldn't be any more pleased with this home! Truly, the photos don't do the property justice. Checking in was beyond easy, and the owner even followed up with a text to touch base / let us know to contact them with any questions or concerns. The home was very clean, very well maintained, and stocked with household items beyond what I could have even hoped for. 15 out of 10 stars - I'd be willing to change future trip dates just to make sure we're able to stay here again.

Fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, sitting right on the green of Coral Canyon Golf Course. A quick walk to the pool and Terry and Jay were very accommodating. Great value and a perfect stay for our annual golf trip!

We live in Ogden, Utah. We have 5 sons, 1 daughter & 22 Grandchildren. My husband played football for Dixie College (many, many years ago.) We love camping, hiking, biking and anything outdoors.

We fell in love with the view this property had, it is breathtaking. When we saw all the amenities this subdivision had to offer, we could picture our children and grandchildren spending time and having fun. No matter the age, there is something for all. My boys and their dad love golf and us girls love to shop, bike and hike. This home was beautiful and had it all. So it is now ours and we would like to share it with you.

This home was the model home and has many upgrades and looks like new. Clean and neutral colors made it easy to decorate. The family room sold us with the view and large pitcure windows.
