The backyard has a spectacular view of Coral Canyon Golf Course, mountains, hills and a pond. It sits Right across from pool, hot tubs and showers.
This clean, model home, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 3 TV'S. All on one level. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes, spices, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and much more. Relax each night on the back patio, just soaking up the views.

Sleeps 8 adults in beds. 'SLEEP NUMBER' bed in king room. Individual settings let you choose your own individual comfort. 2nd bedroom has large tv and queen bed. 3rd bedroom has TV bunk bed (1 single and 1 double and 1 queen}. We also have a pack-n-play. Large master closet fits the pack-n-play for a quiet sleeping baby or pad for child. Please read reviews of other guests stay.

Club house area is a big hit for all ages. Conveniently located across the street, with pool, hot tub, ping pong table , fitness center and stocked fishing pond.

VRBO listing pictures do not depict the large size, solid wood doors, or beautiful finishes in this property. The townhouse felt like home and the view was exceptional. Host was lovely to communicate with and responsive to our needs. She was receptive to our comments that the housekeeper missed a few spots. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

The perfect place to enjoy Southern Utah!Stayed May 23-30 and couldn’t have been happier. This spacious house was beautiful inside, with space for all and all the amenities necessary to create an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The home was lovely, the hosts (Terry & Jay) were super responsive with questions and any issues. It is in a great location, away from the busyness of St George, but close enough if you want/need to go into town. And, we were close enough to Zion to enjoy daily trips to explore the park and get home easily. We would definitely rent this home again! Thanks for sharing your special place with us.

We fell in love with the view this property had, it is breathtaking. When we saw all the amenities this subdivision had to offer, we could picture our children and grandchildren spending time and having fun. No matter the age, there is something for all. My boys and their dad love golf and us girls love to shop, bike and hike. This home was beautiful and had it all. So it is now ours and we would like to share it with you.

This home was the model home and has many upgrades and looks like new. Clean and neutral colors made it easy to decorate. The family room sold us with the view and large pitcure windows.
