Great experience

We had a great time at this condo. It was clean and cool, the beds were very comfortable on my children loved playing at the pools! We would stay at this Vrbo again!

Pleasant stay in St George

We enjoyed this unit as home base to explore. St George has so many beautiful places. The unit/complex is a bit dated but well located and comfortable. This unit was well stocked, comfortable, and in a nice location. It overlooks the family pool. So it can be a little noisy during the day. But, I would stay here again.

Mostly what I expected

I really liked the location of the condo. The condo was just spacious enough, and we loved eating on the balcony that overlooked a courtyard with a pool. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchenware well stocked. Our one complaint is that it was not as clean as we expected. Doors and walls needed to be cleaned and the patio wall was covered in webs and dirt. A glass in the cupboard had lipstick on it.

Will stay again

Our family came to town for my daughter's gymnastics competition. Check in instructions were great and everything went smoothly (the key pad entry was so nice since we had 4 adults and didn't need to share a key). The garage is a nice bonus if you have bikes, etc. The condo is well stocked and after the competition we didn't leave the property. We spent all our time on the balcony or at the pool. The balcony over looked the pool which we loved but if your looking for something more private and quiet might not be for you. We used the grill and barbecued every night. The property also has great walking paths and views. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Great Place

We came here on spring break and we are so glad we did! The location was great to all the pools available and also all the sights were only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the location. Close to Tuacahn and a very enjoyable restaurant. Nonna Ina Italian serves outstanding meals.

Everything was perfect

Property has nice amenities (pool, hot tub, pickleball court, fitness centre). Very pleasant place to stay.

Great family spot!

This location and the pools were great. The place was very. Clean and was fully stocked in the kitchen. We’ll be visiting again!

Great place to stay

This was in a convenient location and quiet complex. Pool and playground area is right behind the building. Communication with the owner was excellent!

Would stay again

We stayed in St. George to visit the National Parks. It was so nice to return to a clean and comfortable place after long days of hiking and sightseeing. The condo had everything we needed. My whole family agreed that we would stay here again.

Great complex

This unit could really use new carpet in the bedrooms sand a much easier Wi-Fi password. With that said I would stay here again. Nice beds, furniture well stocked. Quiet. Close proximity to pools and playground.

So much fun

What a great girls weekend! Everything was just as expected. It was extremely easy to book and check in. The home was very clean and it was very easy to communicate with the owners. We took them up on a suggestion for a hike and had the most amazing experience. Would definitely stay again!

St George Condo

Stay for 3 nights as we visited both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. Zion was within an hour ride, Bryce a little further but beautiful scenic drives. Condo was well equipped with every we needed. Spacious and clean. Perfect space for 4 people. Nice amenities and plenty of restaurants within a short drive.

Great condo, comfy king bed

Family trip for Spring Break. Brought some friends. 5 teenagers in all. It was so great to be able to make some meals so we didn’t have to eat out so much. The unit is great. Comfortable and cozy. The complex is a bit run down and needs more pools & sport courts for the number of units that are there. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect getaway

We love staying at Las Palmas when we come to St. George because of its access to so many great pools. We had a great stay here. We loved the big deck overlooking the waterfall pool. They provided all the things we needed to have a great stay. It was so nice that they already had things like shampoo and conditioner so you were good if you forgot your own. The kitchen was well stocked, which is appreciated. Our only complaint was that the WiFi wasn’t great. Can’t wait to come stay here again!

Great place to stay in a quiet, not too busy, part of St. George. Owners were amazing and so helpful

This is a great condo. The resort was clean and quiet. The owners were so helpful. Our VRBO app wasn't working well so I had to call the owners to get the code to open the door to the condo. They responded promptly and compassionately.

Would stay here again

Very clean condo with everything we needed for our stay (except kitchen shears, which we bought and left at the condo for the next guests). The owners were great and very reaponsive when the cable TV wasn't working. Fixed it immediately. Being right next to the waterfall pool was great with kids. Relaxed on the balcony with coffee in the morning and enjoyed the large sectional sofa in the evening. Overall a very nice stay.

Great condo, nice amenities. Large family pool was freezing, smaller pools very packed and not well maintained, cloudy water dirty tiles! Biggest complaint broken pool chairs

We have enjoyed vacationing in St George for many years. We live in Northern Utah, and have enjoyed the warmth of Southern Utah when the winters are cold and dreary at home. We have dreamed of having a vacation spot for many decades. This is a beautiful condo, with a beautiful, relaxing view from the deck. We wanted to have a place to call home when we visit St George, and pass this property on to our family for generations to come.

The palm trees on this property makes it feel like you are in Hawaii. It feels like you are in paradise when you sit on the deck enjoying a meal together, visit with family and friends, or relax with a good book. It is a home filled with natural light, and is very bright and sunny. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. You will have access to basketball and pickle ball courts, 6 pools, a splash pad, hot tubs, shuffle board, ping pong, a net for volley ball, an exercise room, and playgrounds for the kids. It has wonderful amenities that are available just a short walk from the front door of our condo.
