Great Place

We came here on spring break and we are so glad we did! The location was great to all the pools available and also all the sights were only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We enjoyed the location. Close to Tuacahn and a very enjoyable restaurant. Nonna Ina Italian serves outstanding meals.

Great family spot!

This location and the pools were great. The place was very. Clean and was fully stocked in the kitchen. We’ll be visiting again!

Great place to stay

This was in a convenient location and quiet complex. Pool and playground area is right behind the building. Communication with the owner was excellent!

Would stay again

We stayed in St. George to visit the National Parks. It was so nice to return to a clean and comfortable place after long days of hiking and sightseeing. The condo had everything we needed. My whole family agreed that we would stay here again.

Great complex

This unit could really use new carpet in the bedrooms sand a much easier Wi-Fi password. With that said I would stay here again. Nice beds, furniture well stocked. Quiet. Close proximity to pools and playground.

So much fun

What a great girls weekend! Everything was just as expected. It was extremely easy to book and check in. The home was very clean and it was very easy to communicate with the owners. We took them up on a suggestion for a hike and had the most amazing experience. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo, comfy king bed

Family trip for Spring Break. Brought some friends. 5 teenagers in all. It was so great to be able to make some meals so we didn’t have to eat out so much. The unit is great. Comfortable and cozy. The complex is a bit run down and needs more pools & sport courts for the number of units that are there. I would definitely stay here again

St George Condo

Stay for 3 nights as we visited both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. Zion was within an hour ride, Bryce a little further but beautiful scenic drives. Condo was well equipped with every we needed. Spacious and clean. Perfect space for 4 people. Nice amenities and plenty of restaurants within a short drive.

Perfect getaway

We love staying at Las Palmas when we come to St. George because of its access to so many great pools. We had a great stay here. We loved the big deck overlooking the waterfall pool. They provided all the things we needed to have a great stay. It was so nice that they already had things like shampoo and conditioner so you were good if you forgot your own. The kitchen was well stocked, which is appreciated. Our only complaint was that the WiFi wasn’t great. Can’t wait to come stay here again!

Great place to stay in a quiet, not too busy, part of St. George. Owners were amazing and so helpful

This is a great condo. The resort was clean and quiet. The owners were so helpful. Our VRBO app wasn't working well so I had to call the owners to get the code to open the door to the condo. They responded promptly and compassionately.

Would stay here again

Very clean condo with everything we needed for our stay (except kitchen shears, which we bought and left at the condo for the next guests). The owners were great and very reaponsive when the cable TV wasn't working. Fixed it immediately. Being right next to the waterfall pool was great with kids. Relaxed on the balcony with coffee in the morning and enjoyed the large sectional sofa in the evening. Overall a very nice stay.

Great condo, nice amenities. Large family pool was freezing, smaller pools very packed and not well maintained, cloudy water dirty tiles! Biggest complaint broken pool chairs

Our Stat

The only thing lacking were the amenties, not the condo. The fitness center wasn't really a fitness center. The pool needed lights at night. The condo was great! Thank you! Steve

Great Property - Very Comfortable Stay!

We loved our stay here! It was convenient, felt comfortable and clean, and our kids loved it! The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, and our girls loved the bunk beds! The location was great, close to the pool and easy to park at. The condo smelled great when we walked in and had tons of extra towels for swimming if you need them. The kitchen was very well stocked for what we needed. The only thing we found that wasn't in the condo was a blow dryer, and that would have been really nice to have since we didn't pack one (as most places have them so we have stopped packing it). Communication with the owner was very easy, and we are glad we chose this condo to stay in. It wasn't the fanciest place we have ever stayed, but had a great feel to it and just felt comfortable and homey. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Here are a few things we didn't like. * Noise from the pool area. * Walking on the floor above after 10 p.m. * Bedrooms have no clock that you can read at night. We purchased one. * Towels were stiff and scratching. We purchased soft ones. * The master bedroom TV sound would intermittently go out and/or the picture would go out and it said NO SIGNAL. Stay somewhere else

Overall, the unit was pretty clean. Easy to get in and out of with the keypad which was nice. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen seemed to be fairly well stocked with various cooking tools. However, the unit was quite dated, and definitely not what I would’ve have expected for what we paid. We stay at a lot of VRBO‘s and this was definitely one of the most dated units. It appears to have never been upgraded since it was built. There were some issues with no access to drinking water. The RO system was there, but was apparently broken. The water filler through the fridge was also broken. One of the couch recliners was also broken which was annoying. We reached out to the owners, and they didn’t seem to want to address any of those issues and suggested we drink tapwater. They never responded to the couch issue. The other real let down was the resort property itself. It was disgusting and falling to pieces. The pools and hot tub were slimy and gross (when they were open) and there was broken metal and broken gates and decaying equipment everywhere. When the slide was open it was fun for my little kids, but it was pretty rickety and the entire thing wobbles and shakes as you climb the stairs. The basketball hopes were missing nets, and facility was totally closed on Thanksgiving, which was frustrating. That probably should’ve been pointed out in the listing, as that was our plans for the trip to play at the facility because we were traveling. Stay somewhere else.

Convenient stay

The location is convenient and the host was communicative. It had all the amenities needed and was a nicely staged property. The icemaker/filtered water didn’t work, and the recliner in the family room was broken. The dishwasher in the kitchen needs new racks ask they are pretty rusted out and falling apart. The only other negative was the bathroom sinks/tubs were not clean around the drains. Besides that, the entire stay was a positive experience. The bextre.

Nice place to stay!!

We had a very nice stay. Unit was clean and roomy. It was equipped very nicely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pool facility was excellent. We also played some pickleball and shuffleboard. The gym is a little bit out dated. St. George is a great city and near many wonderful attractions. Great hiking was found some very close to Las Palmas resort. Recommend staying here when in St. George.

We have enjoyed vacationing in St George for many years. We live in Northern Utah, and have enjoyed the warmth of Southern Utah when the winters are cold and dreary at home. We have dreamed of having a vacation spot for many decades. This is a beautiful condo, with a beautiful, relaxing view from the deck. We wanted to have a place to call home when we visit St George, and pass this property on to our family for generations to come.

The palm trees on this property makes it feel like you are in Hawaii. It feels like you are in paradise when you sit on the deck enjoying a meal together, visit with family and friends, or relax with a good book. It is a home filled with natural light, and is very bright and sunny. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. You will have access to basketball and pickle ball courts, 6 pools, a splash pad, hot tubs, shuffle board, ping pong, a net for volley ball, an exercise room, and playgrounds for the kids. It has wonderful amenities that are available just a short walk from the front door of our condo.
