Stay in a beautiful, modern apartment located in Tacoma’s gorgeous , historic Stadium District! The apartment is renovated and fully furnished. It is a two bed/two bath unit that sleeps six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a queen futon, dresser, full bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and walk in closet. The kitchen has granite counters, cherry wood cabinets, built in dishwasher, microwave dishes and cookware. The apartment includes cable tv, WIFI, heat, linens, towels, games, bike room and assigned parking. Laundry facility is located just an elevator ride away!

The rental is located a few blocks from Wright Park, the Commencement Bay Waterfront, and Old Town Tacoma. We are also a short distance from Downtown Tacoma and I5. Seattle is 45 minutes away and the Tacoma Mall is about 20. Point Defiance, Ruston Way and Chambers Bay are also pretty close if you want an outdoor adventure. We are extremely close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, froyo shops, and bars, for indoor fun, relaxation, and delicious food!

We are looking forward to your stay and hope you love our beautiful city of Tacoma as much as we do. The one downfall of visiting the Pacific Northwest is the constant unreliable weather. We are here to make sure you enjoy your stay, rain or shine!

Lovely Location

Wonderful stay and location. The area neighborhood has a wonderful grocery, delicious breakfast cafe, burger and shakes cafe and cute gift shop! The host was wonderful and so kind!

Great Experience

Let me start by saying that Lucy is the hostess with the mostest! 😊. She was very welcoming and her property is the nicest VRBO properties I have stayed in. I think it’s nicer than the pictures show. My father and I stayed at Lucy’s property for five days and felt comfortable and safe. The property was very clean and well kept. Also we met some of her great tenants. If you are in the Tacoma area this is the place to stay. It is very centrally located and the neighborhood is nice and walkable.

High school graduation

My son and daughter-in-law and I were supposed to meet at Sea-Tac Airport and all of us were going to stay at the property. Their flight was cancelled and they were unable to come. So, I had the whole place to myself. I felt very secure and enjoyed the scenic view. It was clean and well-stocked. Very comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.

Terrific rental in great location

Really nice flat with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Rooms are generously sized and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Peek a boo view`of Commencement Bay from living and dining rooms. Great location, walkable to Wright Park, supermarket and nice restaurants. Clean and bright! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

Awesome place for family

This 2bdr/2 bth apartment is a delight! Located in the northside of Tacoma with everything you need in walking distance! Lucy, our host, was fantastic! We had a great time!

Awesome Stay!

This apartment and host couldn't be better! Lucy was helpful with a couple of special requests that made our Thanksgiving stay perfect. The place is lovely, within walking distance of places to eat, and best of all next to the Art House Cafe! A perfect 10!

Wonderful apartment

Lovely place to stay while visiting family in Tacoma. Very clean and spacious. Neighborhood had some nice places to eat and water view was a bonus.

Parent Weekend Visit

Great spot to enjoy all that Tacoma has to offer. The place was clean, well appointed and has great views. Lots to do nearby. Lucy was an awesome host.

Perfect VRBO and Lucy the host is wonderful.

Great location with view of water and next to lovely architecture at stadium high school. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast below run by same owner as VRBO. Great restaurants and market in area- nice park and couldn’t ask for more. I’d definitely stay again!

Unique Building. Comfortable Apartment. Good Location

Spacious, bright updated high-ceilinged two bedroom apartment in a charming older building located in a pleasant urban neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store. Very comfortable furniture, beds and showers. Perfect for two couples. Lucy was a very gracious and attentive host. Her family's restaurant located two doors up served a great breakfast. No problems using the building's common laundry facility for which Lucy provided a jar of quarters. Be advised that kitchen was lacking pretty much any food or pantry items, including plastic wrap, foil or storage containers for leftovers. We didn't cook during our 3 night stay but would have had to purchase all ingredients. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

Great Tacoma location

Really liked our stay. Location was close to great restaurants and downtown Tacoma. Floor plan good and as advertised. Bed comfy with quality bedding. Furniture high quality. Kitchen small but adequate. Secured entry was nice. Parking is a little tough if you have large vehicle. However Manager accommodated with alternative spot. Would stay again

Hidden gem, well located

Wonderful apartment, great neighborhood to explore, with groceries, pharmacy, bookstore, etc. all within walking distance. Highly recommended. Funky parking garage, but usable.

Central, bright, and spacious place to be hosted

Had a fantastic short stay overlooking the sound. This 1920-era building, and especially this unit, is extravagantly spacious, has elegant flourishes, a very comfortable main bed, and is very centrally located. The host Lucia offered us many tips for walking around the area and made sure everything in the unit was just right. The new Link train segment wasn't completed and running up to the building door quite yet, but it seems like it will be pretty soon, which will mean easy direct access to downtown. Look forward to returning.

Great find. Exactly as advertised!

We had a terrific experience all around when we stayed here for a week touring theSeaTac area and national parks. The property itself is in a safe part of town, with cafes, coffee shops and a nice grocery store within a 5 minute walk. It is well appointed, with very comfortable beds and furniture. The small efficiency kitchen was very convenient and well stocked for cooking. Large windows contribute to.a very open feel. Lucy and Lita were very responsive, with very efficient check in. One of the best VRBO values that.we’ve stayed in nationwide. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful accommodations

The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It’s charm comes from the 100 years old architecture. Top notch appliances and linens made it very comfortable.. Certain cars may have issues accessing the garage because of the steepness. Street parking was sometimes challenging. Overall we were very pleased!

We want to come back

We don't often feel so good about a property that we want to go back again. But this apartment is exceptional. Great location, perfect size, garaged parking, and tastefully furnished... it has it all. We definitely want to come back.

Spacious apartment and good value

Very nice apartment for our family vacation to Tacoma/Seattle. Plenty of space, clean, and conveniently located to everything you need in Tacoma. Way better than staying in a hotel. Property owner, Lucy, was very responsive and accommodating. Would reserve again if visiting the area.

I think North End Tacoma is the most desirable part of Tacoma. It is centrally located, with easy access to everything you will need during your stay! There are great schools in the area, with beautiful, old fashioned architecture: Stadium High School and Annie Wright School. I would not want to live anywhere else! :)

The building has a New York style: Big City, Old Style architecture. The unit has large rooms with great views. It is in a great neighborhood with walking distances to all necessities. There is even a fabulous grocery store a block away! We are very close to Tacoma's Theater District, in case you want to enjoy an evening of the arts! We hope you enjoy the beautiful neighborhood of North End Tacoma as much as we do! :)
