This was the best rental we’ve had in Tacoma. The host/owner was very attentive, friendly and easy to communicate with. Home was clean and perfect for our stay. Will stay their again when we go back in the future.

Great location, views of the Sound, and plenty of places for people to hangout - a patio, an upper deck, and living room. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay!!

The house was perfect for our stay. We needed a place to recuperate from an injury while having a sense of space and relaxation. Both were achieved at David’s house. He was super communicative and had lovely suggestions for things we could do in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay!

My family had a great time! Very quiet and comfortable, not too far from everything. Host was super accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

David was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The kitchen was beautifully stocked. The bathrooms were very beautiful. The views from the two decks were gorgeous.

We had family visiting for the weekend and they were so thankful for this beautiful home. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful location close to the sound. Communication with the host was excellent. They are now looking forward to coming back and visiting again!

Great spot.

We stayed here for a weekend at Wild Waves. It was amazing to come back and rest in a beautiful, quiet place. I would absolutely recommend this host.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. This is a warm, inviting and lovely home! We were lucky to experience some beautiful sunsets on the second floor balcony.

Thanksgiving stay

Perfect spot for family to stay during Thanksgiving. Rooms comfortable and clean. Well stocked. Great parking. Easy check in and check out. Host was responsive and very helpful!!!

We used this as home base for a family bonding sightseeing week of the Pacific NW in honor of our 20th anniversary. It was amazing!

Beautiful house, ants in kitchen. Weather was very warm and house was pretty cool. Good landlord.

Check in easy. House very clean. Central located to be in Seattle in no time, next to the bay, and not a bad srive to the national parks. Deck off the master bedroom has an amazing veiw for sunsets. Owner did a great job making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay amazing
