Mid-Century Modern home with Hollywood Regency style furnishings. Enjoy private backyard with new saltwater pool/spa, bocce ball court, amazing mountain views and large lawns with lemon tree and desert landscape. Sun on one of the chaise lounges or the floating loungers in the pool. On cold nights, stay warm by our outdoor fire pit. The backyard also includes lounge seating and a bbq with large outdoor dining table. Our maximum overnight occupancy is six adults and two children under the age of 12. City of Palm Springs ID# 2620.

Lovely stay for our girls trip

We had five moms who needed a long weekend with no kids or husbands! This was the perfect oasis for us — close to lots of outdoor recreating, shops, and great food options. The pool was wonderful and the home was overall very comfortable and well-equipped! We would love to come back - it would be a great option for families too.

Friends weekend

Beautiful home with fantastic outdoor space. We rented cruiser bikes and never used the car. Would stay here again!

Little Bit of Paradise

The home is beautiful. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and soak in the hot tub and drink coffee by the pool. I would highly recommend this place. The owner/manager made the check in process simple and we appreciate that as well.

Nice and Relaxing

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Palm Springs house. The location was great and house had all the amenities needed and the pool was warm and inviting. The Host was extremely responsive to our needs and communicated quickly with us. The house provided an excellent environment for a small family get together.

A very enjoyable stay

We had the pleasure of staying here in the fall. We were looking for an escape from the city, to get away to a quiet place to unwind for a long weekend, and fortunately we found it at Orangetini. The house gave us that feeling of seclusion we were looking for. We were content to just chill by the pool most of the day. Loved the inside of the house as well. A real treat. The owner was easy to deal with (thanks Michael!). Hope to stay here again. Kevin

Beautiful property close to downtown Palm Springs

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property close to downtown Palm Springs and very close to hiking trails. The pool is gorgeous! Even better than it looks in the pictures. Host was very responsive to questions from us and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house in a great location

The house is exactly as shown in the pics. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked (best stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed in), the pool and hot tub were awesome (and lovely and warm) and the bocce court was fun for all. Clean and spacious and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s located a quick five minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and parking in town was easy. Literally 2 mins from the lovely tahquitz canyon hike. We had the best weekend eating at wonderful Palm Springs restaurants, grilling at the house, hiking at Joshua tree and lazing at the pool. We could not have asked for a better spot and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit the area. Thanks so much Michael for a wonderful stay!

Great retreat with excellent location

Really enjoyed our stay at this sweet 3bd/2ba home. The owner was excellent- very prompt and helpful with a couple items that popped up. The location of this home is fantastic- walkable to many places including the main strip. Pool and spa surpassed expectations. Really enjoyed overall and would stay again.

Desert get away

We are frequent visitors to Palm Springs. We want the house to be the centerpiece of our stay. This house met all our needs. A large kitchen and eating area, 3 king size beds, and a beautiful pool and side yard for the dogs.

The house was perfect for a getaway. Super easy communication with owner. Fab outside space.

So easy working with Michael. Everything was as promised and very easy to access. The outside spaces are amazing - pool and hot tub perfect temp and feel - and the flow of the house was perfect.

Our little Tahquitz River Estates getaway couldn't have been better

Wow. This place really exceeded our expectations and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The house was very clean and full of supplies. The backyard and pool are private so you get to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The host was also very responsive when I had questions and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I mean - you get the views, a nicely decorated interior, heated pool and spa, a fire pit, bbq, stocked kitchen, AND a fast WiFi... what else would you need? We will definitely be back soon!

Relaxing and beautiful pool and outdoor space

We were two adults with our small Maltese pup. We enjoyed the amenities and layout of the home. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen and living room space with the beautiful fireplace. We used it every night in late November as it gets chilly at night in the desert. The daytime temperatures were perfect (high 70s to low 80s) and we used the amazingly clean pool and hot tub every day as well. The bocce ball court on the side of the house was a lot of fun and our dog enjoyed romping around the side and front grass area that was well kept and fully enclosed. Great Wifi connectivity and communication with the property owner. Thanks for a great stay over Thanksgiving!

Great experience overall with some suggestions

Our family really enjoyed our stay overall, especially the heated pool and jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable and the location was peaceful and quiet. We also enjoyed riding our bikes in the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods and found the location to be convenient for accessing downtown. We were disappointed that the lawn areas were brown for reseeding, so the property did not appear as lush as in the photos, although this is a seasonal issue and didn’t make or break our overall enjoyment. However, we think the owners could make some minimal upgrades that would make the experience even better including new umbrellas with stands weighted properly to the umbrellas. The ones they have now tip over and are not stable on the existing stands. Also, the pool towels seem very old and many of them are quite scratchy. Finally, the garage area could be better organized with shelving and could use a good cleaning. The white interior floors are beautiful to look at, but could use some small rugs or runners given how easily they pick up dirt and how slick they become if any water (such as from the pool) touches them. We used towels on the floors to manage this issue and it was workable. Again, overall a great house, location and pool. Michael was very responsive and our arrival and departure was very smooth.
