Come stay in our condo and check out Fraser and Winter Park for lots of family friendly activities. Ski, hike, bike, golf and swim your way around town and explore what the area has to offer...You WON'T be disappointed. Our place is just the right size for your family and friends and a great drive from Denver.

Enjoy the great views of Byers Peak and Winter Park Resort while relaxing in the pool or hot tub of this wonderful mountain retreat. We have all the extras including over 140 movie titles, fully stocked kitchen and lots of board games. Check out our comfy condo and leave the work week behind! And for those that can't leave work behind...we offer free wireless internet.

We provide a cozy sunlit living area with a wood fireplace, NEW 39' LCD television, VCR and a DVD player. Enjoy other amenities like a full-size furnished kitchen, three full bathrooms, Free Shuttle service to town and resort (only avail in winter ski season), and deluxe clubhouse down walking path with year-round fitness machines, swimming and a hot tub.

The Meadow Ridge Resort Community is a quiet high alpine meadow. Enjoy all conveniences within a few minutes drive including a Safeway grocery store, restaurants, fast food, liquor stores, ALCO general store, boutique shops, and coffee shops. We're just 4.5 miles away from Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resort and 15 from Sol Vista! Drive just 90 minutes from Denver International Airport. Shuttle and train service are also available to/from Denver including the Ski Train.

NO PETS and NO SMOKING Please!!

Towels are provided at the Clubhouse for pools. Thank you for leaving the bath towels in the condo.

An additional $185 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.
A refundable security deposit of $200 will also be collected with rental fees.

Spring skiing

Came for the skiing and had a great time! Kitchen had everything. Comfortable beds. Hot tub and weight room at the clubhouse was nice. Very comfortable couch after a hard day of skiing.

Getaway

Condo was a bit dated, but it was clean and warm. We cooked all our meals there. The kitchen had the utensils that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. Property was easy to find and close to what we did. would stay again.

Annual Ski Trip at great condo

Hi - I have stayed in this condo several times and everytime it is perfect for my family and friends. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has every pot and pan you will need for cooking and essential items such as sugar and even flour are well stocked. I highly recommend this condo.

Winter family vacation

Condo had everything we needed and more. Comfortable living area with fireplace. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would want if you choose to cook. Great selection of family games too which entertained us after dinner.

Winter Park Ski Trip

Cozy place to stay! We enjoyed Rena’s home, it had all the amenities we needed and a comfortable place for the 5 of us to sleep. We enjoyed the big dining room table and chatted around that at the beginning and end of our day. The couch was comfy and a great place to snuggle into with a blanket and good book. We loved the convenience of the Lift for transportation around Fraser, Winter Park and Winter Park Resort. We would recommend Rena’s home if vacationing in this area.

A great getaway!

My friends and I were only there for one night for a wedding, but we were already talking about finding another excuse to come up for a longer stay at the condo! The host was great at communication and the house was stocked with all the essentials (including SO MANY cozy blankets)! We loved it! Highly recommend!

Another perfect annual ski trip

We stay in Meadowridge every year with our family of 4 and our friends another family of four. 4 adults and 4 kids most of them are teens already! This was our second time staying at this condo. The lay out is open creating a great space for everyone to be together. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep. The clubhouse is very close by we enjoy going to the hot tub everyday we are there. There is a close by bus stop if you are planning to use the bus. Highly recommend this condo and Meadowridge in general for a Winterpark ski vacation.

Not quite right

The location of the property is beautiful, but some things in the listing were not quite right. The loft bedroom that was supposed to have twin beds, and a queen, allowing for three people, which is not accurate. It has double full bunk beds. Two of my boys shared a bed. I think the cleaning crew they have going in to help needs to be checked up on. We found a dirty underwear in two of the closets. There were nerds in the living room I did get cleaned up, the coasters that were also in the living room to use had coffee stains on them, moldy food in the fridge, and they were out of a couple of things like trash bags and additional paper towels/napkins. The clubhouse unfortunately did not have the pool available which was one of the main reasons we went with this place instead of another one, my boys were very sad by that. The owner gave us great instructions on how to get there and getting in was not an issue. Her communication was wonderful. I just think there are some things with who they are using as a cleaning company that may need checked into and also the way she has the place listed needs to be revised.
