Welcome to your riverfront getaway! You won't want to leave with the abundance of amenities in this resort community. Enjoy fly fishing on private riverfront access to the Fraser River, or try one of 4 stocked trout ponds. Grab the paddle boat for a ride on the private pond or kick back and have a waterfront bonfire. Summer provides an opportunity to sit by the pool and soak up the sun! In the winter, enjoy the hot tub after a day of Skiing. There’s no shortage of activities to keep you busy!

This cabin is located within a little community of cabins that have a shared hot tub / pool (open seasonly). There are about three stocked fishing ponds and there is a river about 50 yards away, but I would not consider the condo waterfront. Cabin was very, very clean and was well stocked (bring your own fishing poles)! Easy gas fireplace and a fire pit out back.

We enjoyed our time in Granby. We went for a business retreat and a bit of time at the hot springs. We had a great time and enjoyed the house and location.Everything was lovely about the house! Clean and well equipped.

The cabin was absolutely everything we needed for our trip to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was very accommodating and helpful as well as quick to respond. The cabin had everything we needed with the exception of food. We ate at Lina’s pizza which was fabulous and tasty! There was plenty to choose from as the cabin is in the middle of everything in the town of Granby. Great view of the mountains and the environment felt friendly and very safe. The pool and hot tub was a great treat for after a day of hiking in the mountains. The cabin was very clean and the beds were super cozy! Thank you again!

Great Location!

We were looking for a place close to town and Granby Ranch so this home was perfect! Very clean and cozy with plenty of space for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made mornings much easier. Definitely recommend!

Peaceful and spacious in Granby

Well cared-for, quiet and comfortable country house with easy access to RMNP. Lots of privacy for a larger group, and lovely to sit out front and have dinner on the porch. Train line is nearby but this wasn’t an issue.

Great comfortable and clean!

This was a beautiful cabin with everything you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect for a guys fishing trip. All the comforts of home with a river and ponds to fish right in your backyard. Great for some quick fishing before you hit the Colorado or Williams Fork. Just perfect!

Very fun site

We had three nights at this site. Condo was great for our needs. The lakes providing fun fly fishing opportunities. Later in July we could have fished the river! Great place for kids with pool and fishing available. As we were a bit early the manager accommodated us with an early check-in. Much appreciated.

Great stay. Property as described, included plenty of essentials and everything you need to cook a meal. The community amenities are great and not busy. This property backs directly up to the pool but isn’t at all disruptive, instead it is very convenient if you plan to be back and forth. The ponds are great and gorgeous and even though you aren’t on the river in this unit you can still access it on the property. Remember a fly rod and net if you’d like to fish.
