Ideal, family, vacation spot centrally located at oceanfront and 78th Street in an uncrowded section of Ocean City. Not near a high rise section. Four oceanfront decks. Walk directly onto the beach from the lower deck. Four parking spaces. Two oceanfront bedrooms with king-size beds. Two other bedrooms: one with queen-size and single bed, one with double and single. Nicely furnished and well maintained. Two sleeping floors each with full bath. Well suited for extended families or two families. 1/2 bath off the dining room, Washer dryer, wireless high speed internet and flatscreen TV’s in every room.
Beach chairs ( 4-6 ) boogie boards and children’s sand toys available. Gas grill.
We rent to families only, no groups. We do not rent to high school seniors , sorry.

Beautiful location, plenty of room for a large family, and stocked with a selection of beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and even a plastic baby pool. Our family had a great time and Sandy was so nice to communicate with.

Sandy’s Dream is a Dream for Families

Great host and great home. Perfect for our family with beach access and plenty of room for all. Great views, well appointed, and great location.

Large family trip

Absolutely wonderful place for a large family stay. The location couldn't be any better and the layout of the place allows for everyone to have their own privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Quaint, clean and on the beach, house has a real family feel to it and we really enjoyed it.

Great place and great location

This place was just as advertised . Loved the Weber grill and we cooked out burgers , corn in the cob and fresh fruit from the farmers market. Great access to the beach and it had lots of chairs and boogie boards . Would definitely stay again

Great location

The townhouse has beautiful views and was very clean. The owner was very friendly and communicated with me right away with any questions. It is a great place to stay with family. Close to everything.

The home was perfect for a big family vacation. Being so close to the beach was super convenient with little ones needing to run back and forth frequently. There was plenty of space for everyone and multiple large balconies. Sandy was very helpful and responsive.

Through the sand dune and on the beach after unloading in our three dedicated parking spaces was amazing. Susan, our host, answered our questions by phone before we arrived and check in with us during our visit.Completely furnished kitchen enabled a roast chicken, stuffing and corn on the cob for 10. Great family time! After that we are out because it is vacation but we could have eaten all meals if wanted.Great air conditioner and fans in all rooms. Four open decks for the three floors. Be prepared to climb some steps but two of us are over eighty and made it work painlessly.Umbrella, several chairs and boggie boards were there for our use. Bottom line: great host, good price and three dedicated off street parking spaces-Our four families had a great reunion!

Great Vacation

Nothing like sunrise on the ocean... The view from the decks was amazing .. the house was great ... falling asleep to waves crashing on the beach ???? Priceless !!

Midtown townhouse

Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants & bars. Fairly quiet section of town. Townhouse was clean and neat. Just about everything you might need was there. Family had a great time and enjoyed the view and location for the time they were there.

Lovely unit

This oceanfront unit is everything you need for the perfect beach stay. Communication with owner was quick and easy, check in/out as well. Comfortable beds, lots of seating, games, books, etc. Within walking distance to Sunsations...need I say more?

Amazing house

Absolutely beautiful house with an incredible view. We could not have asked for a better place for my family vacation . Will totally be booking this house again in the future. Sandy was so so kind and helpful with every question and need. Couldn’t recommend this house more!

Great Place For Our Family Vacation

This is a very nice townhouse. Everything was clean and everything worked as expected. The host is very nice and was great at communicating with us. The layout of the townhouse allowed us and our adult children to spread out and have our own space while still allowing us to have room to have meals and game time together. It was a wonderful spot for our family vacation.

Excellent host, great location. We had a great time! Did not realize we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, toiletpaper, etc.... Not a problem to have brought it, it just wasn't mentioned front and center. The bathrooms are in bad need of an upgrade, but we personally didn't mind too much. We were just happy being so close to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great location!

This is a great place to stay in mid town OC. Owner very responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a quiet, family oriented vacation in OC.

Excellent ocean views and so convenient

The house is decorated nicely with lots of beach decor. It is centrally located so it's great for going down to the OC Boardwalk or going up to Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach. The best feature is the 3 decks with the beautiful view of the ocean and the easy access to the beach. So convenient especially for a family. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Beach House!

If you are looking for a beach house, this is it! Family area away from the boardwalk hotels and high rises. Walk through the dunes and you're at the beach! Have your morning coffee while watching the waves from one of 3 decks facing the ocean. My family and I loved our stay! The house is spacious and has all the necessities. Sandy was a great help in our trip planning and organization. The kids were talking about coming back next year before we were half through our vacation! Thank you Sandy for opening your vacation home to us!

Family Christmas gift

Excellant vacation there with my family! 5 adults & 1 child. We do a vacation as our Christmas gifts to each other! This beach house has wonderful beach access,very clean and spacious! Home like feel, great internet.Will be renting again!! Had a great time here at this home,owners were very gracious and accomodating!

Memorable Vacation

Our family stayed here in 2008 (sorry it took so long to make this note). We still think about how wonderful it was and hope, someday, to return. The home was clean, spacious and inviting. We recommend this place to any vacationer.
