Robert, glad you enjoyed another Thanksgiving in our beach home and pointed out new flooring/carpet, brand new kitchen and appliances updates since your last stay as well as your requests from last year like extra blankets etc. There is cable, you just need to change the input. Quick message would've resolved the "issue" even though there was no issue. YES, the decks are in the plans on getting replaced, however old decks are just old wooden decks, not sure what issues you speak of. The place has been cleaned prior to your arrival as well as beds made for you. Hope this addresses all of your concerns.

Jim, thank you for staying at our beach property. Glad we could let you check in early for No Additional charge and you are still complaining about it....Beach necessities package is optional, you could've brought your own stuff... Yes, additional services come with additional cost. You are absolutely correct, the place needs updating and we are well aware of it. We purchased it in April and unfortunately had limited time for repairs and updating to make it rent ready. But you also paid very low accommodation fare for the 4 nights you have stayed, so low, one bedroom hotel would have cost you more than you have paid for a 4 bedroom oceanfront place. In the future you might want to inquire if there are stairs to climb if you are traveling with someone who has difficulty going up and down the steps, just a suggestion. There are stairs visible in the listing pictures, but you could have also asked before booking.
