Great place!

Top notch, spacious flat with all facilities. Charming view from the balcony, and very close to the beach. Good follow-up from the host and the local contact person. A bit far away from the grocery store, but all in all a very good place to stay.

Excellent appartment and location, very helpful local agents

Appartment was a good size with everything you need for a holiday. Location was nice and the the appartment is set in lovely gardens. We paid €50 for a late check-in to the local agents as arrived at 11pm which was very proffesional and helpful. Indoor swiming pool was a real plus as we had some terrible weather

Hi Alan, Thanks for the very positive review. I am glad you enjoyed the apartment, surroundings and swimming pool and were happy with the service Marc and Francois provided. Sorry to hear you experienced bad weather. This is very unlucky since the weather in Cannes is bright and sunny for "most of the year", but not "every day of the year" as you found out. Hopefully you'll return again and enjoy more typical weather next time. Thanks again for staying at our apartment. Geraldine

Amazing location in Cannes

We spent a very enjoyable week here. The apartment has a fabulous location, it's just across the road (safe to cross, there's a pedestrian crossing) from the beach. It's also only 10 minutes walk to a supermarket, and another 5 to the harbour and Le Suquet. So even though we had a car, we could have managed fine without. The visitor parking spaces in the complex are often full, but there's loads of free on street parking nearby so it wasn't an issue. The apartment itself is spacious with a lovely balcony that gets the sun in the afternoon. It's also very well equipped, and that includes a kettle and large mugs which I definitely appreciated! We got great weather, so didn't use the pool everyday as we were mostly on the beach, but it was great to have it there to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and won't hesitate to book Geraldine's apartment again if we return to Cannes.

Ideal apartment for a family with children

Ideal apartment for a family with children - swimming pool on the territory of the building, beach - 5 minutes away! Grab your sun parasol, lounge chairs and reach the sea without stress! The apartment is located in a perfectly maintained, green area. A huge advantage is the terrace of the apartment, from which you can see both the pool and the sea in the very short distance. We spent 2 wonderful weeks there, when most of the time the air temperature was + 31 degrees during the day and + 24 degrees at night, but we never turned on the air conditioning in the apartment, because the apartment did not get too hot from the sun during the hottest part of the day. A dishwasher and a washing machine are very important for a family with children - a holiday without them is unimaginable, and we used them both here a lot. The apartment is very spacious, with well insulated rooms. 2 bathrooms is also an advantage as it does not have to be shared with children. The only downside is that there is no guaranteed parking space for the car in the territory of the house, so it is quite a lottery whether, when returning from a trip by car, it will be possible to park it conveniently in the territory, or you will still have to look for it in the nearby streets. We were mostly lucky😊 Would we go back again? Definitely!
