Fabulous Penthouse - Views Galore!!!

This luxury vacation rental is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium in the heart of Clearwater Beach on the beautiful Intercoastal Waterways. Clearwater Beach is known for its pristine white sand beaches and it's just a few steps away. Once there you will discover why Clearwater Beach was voted one of the Best Beach Towns In Florida in 2013.

This unit will comfortably accommodate 7 guests and has all of the modern conveniences necessary to enjoy a beach stay. It is very nicely decorated (as our renters have commented) and is a great place to relax or use as a base to discover central Florida.

Master bedroom: King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen bed | Bedroom 3: two single beds with a trundle.
All the bedrooms have a TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops.

Heated pool, hot tub and a games room. In unit laundry machines.

Free wifi, linens/towels, books.

The building is only 16 years old and feels like a very new and fresh development. Parking underneath the building keeps your car cool and away from the sun.

Pleasant week in Clearwater Beach

Street noise to the front Boat and other noise to back Very clean unit and well equipped. TV in Master and Living area never worked for us all week Owner very nice Probably would choose beach front next visit

Spring Training in Paradise!

Loved the condo! Beautiful views from the balcony! We loved watching the dolphins jumping! Location is perfect. We were not only close to the Phillies spring training stadium but also next to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

It's All About the Views!

The views of a quiet harbour of the Intracoastal Waterway from the large balcony of this 8th floor penthouse condo are breathtaking! We saw dolphins in the harbour almost every day! In addition to access to the balcony from the living room, the master bedroom also has sliding doors that open to the balcony. The two other bedrooms have views of Sand Key and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is lovely, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation! It is walking distance to everything! The owner Anna is wonderful and was available to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Clearwater Beach Christmas

The property was exactly as described and is just a short walk to the beach. The owner of the condo unit offered plenty of advice on activities and restaurants and always responded quickly to any questions. Thank you Anna.

Beautiful Location great for families

This condo was as described and more. Great views and plenty of space for a family. Short walk to Clearwater Beach. Plenty of shops and dining all within walking distance. The host was amazing and made sure we had a great stay. The host also was wonderful at providing great tips and suggestions for the area.

Great vacay!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing and it was close to other amenities and resorts on the beach that we could enjoy as well. Lots to do within walking distance in addition to the beach. Anna was great about contacting us and also providing information about restaurants and other activities/attractions.

Great Vacation!

We loved the cond. We felt right at home. The view was fantastic and it was the best at night. Anna and Ben are the best. Anna even called to tell us there was a little issue and the next day (Sunday) there was someone there first thing in the morning. We definitely would stay here in the future.

Harborview Grande is located in a fabulous location! If you're looking for Well appointed, secure, clean, magnificent views and owners who really want to make sure your stay is comfortable this is your place! Walk or Jolly Trolley to everything! Beautiful Condo

This was our 4th family vacation to Clearwater and one of the best condos we stayed in. Love the location and great views from the balcony. Seen dolphins and Manatees almost every morning right below our balcony!

Great time

This is a beautiful condo with everything you need including beach chairs and some aloe for sunburns, lol. Anna, the person in charge of the condo was great. It was easy to find and is within walking distance to a lot of different restaurants. I am 66 so the pier is a ways to walk but beach walk was ok. Take a wagon with you, if you can, it helps.

Another great stay

We had a lovely stay once again. Our unit was ready on time, clean and we received all info needed before we arrived. The owner texted to make sure we had everything we needed once we had arrived. We will be back next year.

Great, but some issues

Pro: Great location, beautiful and comfortable unit with spectacular views. Pool area is better than the photos. Access to Shepards Beach resort is a highlight. Con: All the smoke detectors went off at 1130pm, 1200 am and 3 am in the unit on 30 Dec. Suspect the batteries were the culprit. The Air Conditioning was not working throughout the visit, suspect the new “Nest”Thermostat was the issue. The patio furniture was dirty and required a good wipe down prior to use The owner was notified and hopefully all issues are resolved before the next tenant and then deserving of a 5 star.

Wonderful views , right In the middle of the restaurants, shopping , walking distance for any & all fun for all ages ! The place is so clean & anything you would need is right there, as if your at your own home . Owner was accommodating & I highly recommend the stay here , well worth the price & access to all the fun outside your door !

Month Long Family Stay

I just stayed here for a month with my family including 2 teenagers. The place had everything I needed to use the kitchen for a month and make meals I normally would. Location is excellent. Teens could walk anywhere they wanted. Beach and pier were close by. I was able to work using their wifi, so no issues there. If you are looking for a different Beach experience, Sand Key beach is across the bridge just a couple of blocks away.

Beautiful Condo!

Our first time to this area, and loved it! The owners of the property were easily accessed, and the only thing we were surprised about was how much BETTER the condo looked than even in the pics! Truly a luxury condo. Easily walkable for half the island, 5 minute walk to the beach. Amazing views. We will be back!!!

Location, location, location!! Spectacular 360 degree views of water. We wish all of our renters a great holiday and will make sure that all is right for them. As a part-time resident of Sand Key (City of Clearwater), I have had great experiences in dining all around the area. From Tarpon Springs to St. Pete's, I can recommend the best seafood, Italian, pizza and everything in between. I would be very happy to pass on the benefit of our experiences to you. If you like music, comedy and entertainment generally, there are two great venues: Ruth Eckerd Hall/Capitol Theatre and St. Pete's Center for Performing Arts. Once your travel dates are confirmed, check these 2 spots on the 'net for any possible show of interest. Clearwater and Largo often hold outdoor concerts which may coincide with your travel to the area.....check it out!!!
