The location is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and check out Sand Key which is visible from your front door. So many restaurants and activities within walking/biking distance! Wish we could have stayed longer! Fantastic stay!

Best location on the beach

Love the condo, and the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance.

Beautiful Location great for families

This condo was as described and more. Great views and plenty of space for a family. Short walk to Clearwater Beach. Plenty of shops and dining all within walking distance. The host was amazing and made sure we had a great stay. The host also was wonderful at providing great tips and suggestions for the area.

Great vacay!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing and it was close to other amenities and resorts on the beach that we could enjoy as well. Lots to do within walking distance in addition to the beach. Anna was great about contacting us and also providing information about restaurants and other activities/attractions.

Great place!

This was the second time we stayed at this unit. It was great both times. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping.

Spring Training in Paradise!

Loved the condo! Beautiful views from the balcony! We loved watching the dolphins jumping! Location is perfect. We were not only close to the Phillies spring training stadium but also next to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot!

The condo was big and clean. It was close to the beach (5 min walk) and restaurants. It was slightly off the busiest spot which is nice. Kids had a blast on the 8th floor balcony where we ate a lot of meals and saw dolphins on at least 5 different occasions. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous condo

Pictures on the website do not do this condo justice. The view of the harbor is expansive and we were visited by dolphins everyday! Furnishings were great. Overall it was wonderful.

Clearwater Beach Christmas

The property was exactly as described and is just a short walk to the beach. The owner of the condo unit offered plenty of advice on activities and restaurants and always responded quickly to any questions. Thank you Anna.

Overall great stay, second year staying at Harbor Grand different condo each year. The host does not communicate well, I had to reach out for check in info day prior and reported complaints with the condo with no response. Location is great off the beach on the bay. You’ll see dolphins in the bay and manatees if you’re really lucky! The condos are all about the same spacious and fully furnished. This condo the lock is broken on the front door, the clothes dryer does not heat properly (I vacuumed two canisters full of lint from the dryer vent!), the cleaners did not finish the laundry nor clean the bathroom or patio table. There were items in the drawers, cabinets, and refrigerator from prior guests. I would say I’d return to this condo but due to owner not being responsive and the horrible cleaners, next year I’ll look elsewhere.

Great Vacation!

We loved the cond. We felt right at home. The view was fantastic and it was the best at night. Anna and Ben are the best. Anna even called to tell us there was a little issue and the next day (Sunday) there was someone there first thing in the morning. We definitely would stay here in the future.

Pleasant week in Clearwater Beach

Street noise to the front Boat and other noise to back Very clean unit and well equipped. TV in Master and Living area never worked for us all week Owner very nice Probably would choose beach front next visit

Great time

This is a beautiful condo with everything you need including beach chairs and some aloe for sunburns, lol. Anna, the person in charge of the condo was great. It was easy to find and is within walking distance to a lot of different restaurants. I am 66 so the pier is a ways to walk but beach walk was ok. Take a wagon with you, if you can, it helps.

Month Long Family Stay

I just stayed here for a month with my family including 2 teenagers. The place had everything I needed to use the kitchen for a month and make meals I normally would. Location is excellent. Teens could walk anywhere they wanted. Beach and pier were close by. I was able to work using their wifi, so no issues there. If you are looking for a different Beach experience, Sand Key beach is across the bridge just a couple of blocks away.

It's All About the Views!

The views of a quiet harbour of the Intracoastal Waterway from the large balcony of this 8th floor penthouse condo are breathtaking! We saw dolphins in the harbour almost every day! In addition to access to the balcony from the living room, the master bedroom also has sliding doors that open to the balcony. The two other bedrooms have views of Sand Key and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is lovely, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation! It is walking distance to everything! The owner Anna is wonderful and was available to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was nice and in a great location. Some of the amenities at the unit were disappointing. The balcony had 2 lounge chairs that were broken/rotting and when the host was messaged about them I received a message back they would be replaced quickly. These were never replaced and we were unable to use them. The vacuums did not suck and the front door did not latch unless the bolt was done. There was also a load of laundry left in the machines and we were not sure if they were clean or dirty.

Beautiful condo right on the water! Very spacious, easy walk to lots of stores, restaurants and the beach. There were a few things in the condo that didn’t work (a ceiling fan, ice maker, fridge water dispenser), but the owner made it right with some compensation. A beautiful, peaceful place to stay in Clearwater!
