Only a 40 yard walk to the beach cut through, overall this rental exceeded my expectations. It is not brand new, but it is restored to a very high-quality. Beautiful area and excellent neighbors and very efficient communication with the host. I would definitely recommend this for a group of eight or more

House was GREAT for our family

House was very clean and the walk to the beach was very convenient! Having owned vacation rental property myself in the past, I tend to be pretty picky about where we stay. Everything at this house was GREAT! We would definitely stay here again.

Donna is a consummate host with great communication! The location is wonderful, second row from the beach and very close to a public beach access. The bedrooms were plentiful and spacious and the kitchen well stocked.

Annual beach trip

The house very much suited our needs and had everything we required for a successful long holiday weekend. The hosts were extraordinarily responsive and that allayed any concerns trying out a new home after a decade at another house (we outgrew that one.) beds were remarkably comfortable! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Perfect long weekend getaway

We loved this house for our long weekend with friends/family. The house was perfect for quick walks to the beach and just a short drive to restaurants and shops. The bedrooms are perfectly situated with very comfortable beds. The owners made the check in/check out process so easy we never had to contact them. We would definitely rent here again!

Great house and great location! Right across from beach access. Spacious seating inside and out. Large screened in porch is very inviting. Owners are accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Weekend getaway with friends

We enjoyed the house and especially the location. The beach was just across the street with easy access. There were great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Thank homeowners are great. Great communication and very friendly.

Donna and Jody were exceptional hosts! Donna responded quickly to my inquiries and by the end of our conversation I felt like we could be friends. The house and amenities were just as described. Kitchen was VERY well stocked. Beds were comfortable and synergistic very important to me the pillows were comfortable! Wilt definitely return.
