This was the perfect place for our stay with our pup! It was extremely comfortable and perfectly appointed, and the location was great for a quick trip to the beach. We’d love to stay here again!

Great stay smooth and easy from beginning end. Location is excellent in a nice quiet neighborhood yet convenient to the beach and restaurants. Fenced backyard (dogs) and golf cart were a big plus for us. Bathroom & kitchen are both well stocked.

Perfect place for our family. Golf cart was perfect for going to beach. Loved that they had beach chairs and towels. Yard was great for our little dog. Beds were very comfy and place was stocked with so many nice things. Washer and dryer was a plus too. Will def be back!!

this is an incredibly well stocked residence. Plenty of kitchen things, towels, toys, games. great back yard and lots of fun to have a golf cart.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience and an enjoyed stay. There was plenty of room and VERY clean. I would definitely recommend! It is in a lovely area and is close to the beach and everything else. The golf cart is a definite plus.

We stayed at this lower level home for 8 days. We had an amazing time here. Nice fenced in back yard for our pup. Lots of towels/linens, beach towels etc. The host could not have been any more friendly or helpful. Checkin and out was one of the easiest I’ve ever experienced with a rental. The golf cart was a huge plus and so much fun. A little over a block away is a short bridge over the beautiful marsh called the South Causeway, it leads to the historic part of Pawleys Island and our favorite beach at the south end. It’s a huge beach with sand that doesn’t stick, soft waves and easy walking and just overall beautiful! So relaxing. We never had an issue finding parking either. We enjoyed it immensely! Thank you Tracy.

Great location. Wonderful large fenced backyard for dogs. Host was extremely accommodating! Just what we needed for a family get together.

Location was great, all the little things Tracy did before we checked in were very much appreciated (firewood, water, few snacks). Place was very clean and the back yard size was amazing, the pups loved it. If we are back in the area we will definite rent again

Perfect Stay at Pawleys

This is the perfect beach house at Pawleys For my family. It was our second year and will continue to book with Tracy. The beach is only a short golf cart ride away and the fenced in backyard is perfect for our dog.

Excellent location close to beach and restaurants

Conveniently located near the beach and local restaurants. Very dog friendly; loved the totally fenced in back yard (which was much larger than we anticipated). Owner is very pro-active, ensuring all goes well with your stay. Would stay here again.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We especially appreciated the large, fenced-in backyard. Even though Tracy was out of the country, he responded promptly to a couple of issues left by previous renters. The golf carts were a great convenience, and the proximity to the beach and local stores made everything easily accessible.

Yay Beach Vacation!

Property was easy to find, check in was seamless, and it had everything we needed for our stay. We really liked the fenced yard for our dogs to run around in, in addition to a rather quiet neighborhood where we could safely walk them. Very close to both the beach and nice restaurants, and for a very reasonable price.

Look no further for pet friendly, easy access with good beds

This charming little house was very comfortable. I've had knee operations & it was compact, easy access with very nice beds & yard.

We booked this listing last minute and it was a gem!! We travel w our dog often and the huge fenced yard made life easy!! Trip to beach on golf cart over waterway was perfect! Loved it and will be back!

Wonderful trip

My daughter and I just came back from staying at this home and really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location and being able to take the golf cart to the beach where there is limited parking was the best! The house was clean and comfortable and the host is very hospitable. I would suggest this home to everyone!

The property was as advertised. The Host texted a few times to make sure all was okay. This was a family trip and the space was perfect. The backyard is great for all. The golf cart was an added bonus. Great location. Close to several good restaurants and the South Causeway. We will book it again if we end up in Pawley's Island.

Stelling's Visit

Our trip was wonderful! The ease and convenience of check in, communication with the host Tracy and the variety or extra amenities makes this property different from others I've stayed at before. I highly recommend this place for families with pets or even friends groups as there is a great use of space so you don't feel cramped whatsoever. Loved it and will be back!
