In 2013 the Hudson Milliner Guesthouse & Inn opened as a refuge for urbanites in search of refined comfort in classical surroundings. One step inside the newly-renovated 19th century hat shop transports the present to an ageless luxury designed to captivate time. The refined details of each room heighten the awareness of precious moments passing into a weekend of bliss accompanied by the innumerable pleasures of the modern world.

The Hudson Milliner Guesthouse & Inn is located on Warren Street, the main thoroughfare of Hudson. This proximity to the town's restaurants, shops, and bars allows guest to enjoy a car-free and carefree getaway a mere two-hours from New York City.

All rooms have high-speed internet and central air.

The pre-tin plaster moldings, solid mahogany stairwells, pocket doors with etched glass inlay, large mahogany framed windows and gorgeous hardwood floors compliment meticulously styled kitchens and bathrooms with carefully restored fixtures such as vintage electric and gas stoves and refrigerators.

Lovely Weekend
This property is perfectly situated on Warren street. We walked everywhere, and it was relatively easy to find. The Bowler was absolutely stunning, exactly as shown, and all of the retro kitchen appliances worked beautifully! Charlotta was easy to communicate with and we were able to meet her and Shannon at the end of our stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect stay
My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and the room was fantastic. Clean, beautifully designed and in the perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Cool suite in a great location!
We were in Hudson for a wedding, and this place was perfect! Right on the main street with shops and restaurants, but no noise, and an easy ride from wherever you'd want to go. Charming interior decor from the millinery, upgraded with Google Nest for comfort :) If we go back to Hudson, we'll definitely stay again!

Charlotta is a painter and restauranteur, who grew up in Iran and Germany. Her paintings tour the States and they are inspired by the police mug shots of the heroic Bus Boycotters and Freedom Riders from the '50's and '60's. Her restaurants Chez Oskar and Lola are located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Shannon is an advertising photographer from New York City, who challenges big waves, plays street basketball and studies jiu jitsu whenever he isn't shooting a photograph or renovating a gorgeous building.

Great for urbanites in need of sun, space, luxury, antiques, fine dining, nature walks & culture: located on the main drag of Warren Street, it's a 10 minute walk from the train station. Once a milliner's hat shop built in 1860, you are transported straight into another time the moment you enter. Many original details are still in place: pre-tin plaster moldings, solid mahogany stairwells, pocket doors with etched glass inlay, large mahogany framed windows and gorgeous hardwood floors. The kitchen and bathrooms have been carefully renovated to fit in style with carefully selected and restored fixtures, such as an electric stove from the forties and a refrigerator from that period as well. Add central air, high speed internet and a washer/dryer on premise: the perfect getaway.

As busy New Yorkers we understand the need for R & R. We liked the idea of a B&B, but had something a bit more intimate in mind: a romantic place, going back in time, where our guests could come into town, immediately immerse into the surroundings and also if need be withdraw and cook for themselves in a spacious retro kitchen. In another words: a romantic spacious getaway with the beauty of clean air and a country vibe along with the luxury of great restaurants, live entertainment and quality antiquing/shopping
