Fabulous 2 Weeks at Seal Sp*otter in Nantucket

This property is absolutely beautiful. Well appointed, spacious, room for everyone and everything. Lovely outdoor space, too. The owners have taken care to make sure the house has everything you need in it for your vacation, and everything is super well organized. We loved it!

Wonderful - spacious home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The open floor plan on the first floor was perfect for our family. Bedrooms are all big and spacious. We walked to town everyday and grabbed lunch at Something Natural a quick 5 minute walk from the house.

Beyond Wonderful

The house was perfect, clean, organized, no clutter, beautiful side yard and porch, huge kitchen! Quiet street! I have stayed in ACK rentals for 25+ years and this one was hands down the best. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great house, Great location, Great property manager

Excellent, spacious, well appointed house. Property manager excellent; extremely responsive. Confirm: Quiet street. Ideal house for easy walk to town; eliminates hassle of parking issues. Easy walk to entire Cliff area. Location also provides easy short drives to grocery shopping, Bartlett Farm/Cisco, and beaches.

Perfect for a large family!

Our whole family ( adult children and their little ones) agreed this was the perfect house for us. The property itself was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos! Convenient to both town and beaches, there wasn’t a thing that was missing from this property; the most well equipped home we have ever rented. Thank you Jane!

Great stay on Nantucket

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Nantucket. The home was lovey and well appointed- exactly as billed! The location is perfect as we had a 6 month old and were able to walk back and forth to town easily without having to use the car. We also spent a lot of time in the lovely yard enjoying being together We will definitely come back!

Fabulous In Every Way

Our family including a 2 yr old stayed for a week- the house is designed for comfort, convenience to town & wonderful space for everyone including a fenced in back yard. We enjoyed our stay.

Nantucket at it’s best!

Our family which included adult grandkids and some of their friends loved staying at Seal Spotter for 2 weeks. The house was so nice with lots of room for everyone. The location is perfect…we love Steps Beach and Cisco which were so easy to get to. Thanks Jane! Love your house

A perfect celebration

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and well appointed property! Jane is truly a super host- extremely responsive and accommodating. The house is in a great location, close to town and beaches. It was perfect and spacious for our 10 person getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the yard, the porch , the sound system- we just loved everything!! We would love to come bACK. Thank you!

Just returned from an amazing week on ACK. The house was even more beautiful in person. Equipped with every amenity, fantastic location, clean and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Vacation Experience

The home is even more beautiful than the photos and has every amenity imaginable!! We travelled with our adult children and two of their friends and loved the proximity to town, the beaches and the bike trails for running, roller blading and biking. Jane was very helpful and responsive to our many questions. We only wished the house was available for another week so we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Nantucket Spot

We wanted to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary on Nantucket, and we picked the right location. Our stay included my parents, my wife, and our 5 children ages 8-24. 10 Gingy was perfectly suited for this dynamic. The floor plan allowed for plenty of privacy, space, and entertainment. Everything is fresh, modern, and clean. The location is the perfect distance to town and plenty of beaches. Leisurely walks to meals, shopping, and beach time were plentiful. No need for a car. We rented bikes instead which is a much better way to get around the island than driving. This is a premier Homeaway property, and Jane is a premier host. I highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. It has plenty of room to spread out and a great kitchen great room for family dinners! The owner is very responsive to questions and details about the house! I highly recommend.

Beautiful open home! Perfect for a larger group!

Lovely home! Pristine and fresh! Great open spaces, very modern and extremely comfortable! It has a fabulous kitchen and dining area all with the latest amenities. Jane was wonderfully responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

A great rental

We had a fantastic 2 weeks with our family (3 boys and inlaws)! The owner was very receptive to a couple of small issues we had at the offset. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location walking distance to town. 5 stars!

Lovely & peaceful!

We had a wonderful mother-daughter week in this beautiful and comfortable home! Although we had a car, the location was an easy walking distance to town and Steps Beach. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. We felt nestled in among a mix of local neighbors, fellow renters and full-time residents. The house has an open, relaxed, cozy feel. On our one rainy day, we curled up and watched movies (the house has a terrific sound system and choice entertainment selection) It really was a lovely and peaceful week! Highly recommend!

Nantucket home

This home is very relaxing and comfortable. It's immaculate and perfect for a big family. The kitchen is spacious and homey with everything you need to make family meals. The porch is delightful and yard for the kids to play in. The open floor plan is so beautiful and the bedrooms are so spacious and beds and baths are gorgeous. The Master suite is a dream. A short walk to town and beaches were a plus and beautiful bike routes close by. This home had everything you needed and then some. We were so impressed with this house and highly recommend this gorgeous home.

Anne & friends

We stayed at this wonderful home over Labor Day weekend and could not have asked for better accommodations. It is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. We were 4 adult couples, no kids, and the house was just perfect for our group. All bedrooms have plenty of privacy and the kitchen/living area is phenomenal for interacting and entertaining. It would also be perfect for couples with children as the house is very spacious (en suite bathrooms - amazing) and on a very quiet street with a fenced-in backyard. The porch area allows for an outdoor evening dinner (or breakfast!) Although the house is a quick walk to town and beaches, we all had bikes delivered from Young's which gave us access to additional beaches, Cisco's, and restaurants that otherwise would have required a taxi. Couldn't recommend more highly - definitely hope to be back next year!
