- Please bring sheets and towels, none provided.

Rent & Deposit -175 per night
$200 per week, one boat slip. Only available to tenants.

Deposit & Rent -
50% of rent and deposit due at time of booking.
The remaining 50% of the rent is due 30 days before the stay.
