Welcome to our stunning 3-level, 4-bedroom, 4-bath Condo with a picturesque ocean view, offering exclusive access to our Premier Golf Club Membership in the prestigious gated community of Punta Mita, Nayarit Mexico. With this membership, you can enjoy playing on both Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, Pacifico and Bahia, as well as access to tennis, pickleball and fitness facilities (additional fees may apply).

During your stay, you'll have private access to 5 beach clubs serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Offering as well ocean activities, and spa treatments. Including amenities such as towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, Several of the beach clubs also feature 'kiddie' pool areas for the little ones to enjoy.

Our condo, Alegre, boasts a spacious kitchen/living/dining room area that opens onto a partially covered terrace with an outdoor dining space, a private dipping pool, and stunning ocean views. Additionally, Alegre comes with a full-service concierge for arranging private chefs, pre-arrival shopping, airport transfers, dinner reservations, massages at the property, additional golf cart and bikes rentals and organizing various outdoor experiences like surfing, fishing, scuba diving, hiking, biking, snorkeling, trips to nearby towns like Sayulita, San Pancho, or Bucerias, yacht rentals, and more.

Very convenient, affordable option

Overall, the condo was a nice place to stay and very convenient to everything in Punta Mita. As others have commented, the pool is extremely small and more like a bathtub on the porch. Also, the bunk room was not usable for us as it’s more of a closet/pass through (no windows) and was extremely hot. Concierge was great and helped with transportation and dinner reservations.

Friend getaway

Concierge was AMAZING! Definitely going back! My only suggestion to the owner is to have salt/petter on hand while we got groceries we forgot to include in our grocery list and had none of that or oil or butter to cook with. No kitchen towels only paper towels. Minor inconvenience! Totally recommend this condo and location.

Amazing Condo

Love Punta Mita and this was one of the best condos we’ve stayed out. So spacious, sparking clean, and excellent location. Cecelia the property manager is a superstar, if I had a business I would steal her. Great experience top to bottom. It should be noted there is construction right across the street on multiple houses. It starts around 9:30am and goes until 5. It is not super impactful with the doors closed but with the doors open it can be heard in the living room and all the bedrooms. Since we spent most our days out it was a minimal issue. We did not have internet. Cecilia was very attentive to the issue but it was never resolved during our stay. I’m sure it’s been remedied by now. I would highly recommend this property even with the little hiccups.

Fantastic Week!!

We had such a wonderful time in Punta Mita!!! The house was exactly as described! Daily cleaning service was a great perk. Cecilia was so amazing in helping us coordinate excursions/transportation and was just all around a pleasure to work with. Our kids LOVED using the golf cart to drive around to all the different beach clubs and in to town. Will definitely be back! :)

Relaxing

Wonderful quick trip with friends. Home was very clean, AC worked well, and having access to all the beach clubs was the best! Note, WiFi in some spots is not great and upstairs king is two beds put together so has a “crack” in the middle. Overall a wonderful trip, beautiful location and host was terrific in accommodating us!

Great Place to stay

Good stay....

Nice property and behind the gates location in Punta Mita is always spectacular. I will mention that the property is not quite as described. The listing said there was a pool which was really a disabled hot tub. I have stayed at other El Encanto properties in the past that do have true pools and this was not that. It was disappointing. There were some maintenance issues that our concierge handled quickly for us by the end of our first day. She was great! The property is well appointed and worked well for us otherwise.

Fantastic Stay!

Our family of 4 had the best experience staying here. There was plenty of room to spread out, everything was extremely clean, and we made use of all of the amenities that came with the property. Cecilia, the concierge for the property, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. She answered questions ahead of time, met us when we arrived, and was reachable our entire vacation to help with recommendations and reservations. 10 out of 10!

Property not as listed- only 3 bedrooms

The condo only had three bedrooms and a flex space with one set of bunk beds. Bedrooms as defined by VRBO must have a window and a closet. The room with the bunkbeds did not have a window and the closet was a linen closet with cleaning supplies. There were no beds for my children to stay. We had a concierge helping us and asked to speak to the owner. I also sent a message through the VRBO chat feature and requested that the property manager call me back as soon as possible. Thy property manager never responded. I had to accommodate my children outside of the gates because no one from VRBO returned my call to accommodate our group as I was promised. I called on July 2nd, 2023. I am still waiting for a call from the "expediting customer service team". Don't book VRBO!

Absolutely Amazing Vacation!!

I can't say enough good things about this place! My family of 5 were greeted by the property manager when we arrived. She even helped schedule excursions, restaurants, and other outings for us. The housekeeper even made us breakfast one morning that was absolutely outstanding! The property comes with access to the golf and the entire resort. There was never a question of safety for me or my family during the entire stay. We will definitely be back to visit. The one thing I would do differently....don't rent a car in PVR. Let Cecilia help you arrange transportation and rent a golf cart. Everything (including the nearby town) is accessible by golf cart. We will definitely be back!

No one wanted to leave!

We all had such an amazing time on our vacation in Punta Mita. Cecilia was so helpful. The house and location were perfect. The golf cart is a must if you don't rent a car - and it's so fun! Such a lovely place. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

The condo is just as pictured. (We didnt look close enough to realize that the pool is really very small. ) Cecelia was helpful and the location is great. Heartily recommend and will happily return.

Location is great!

We loved our stay at El Encanto and in Punta Mita! Cecelia was incredibly helpful during our entire stay. She arranged transportation to and from the airport, took my grocery order and made sure it arrived, greeted us at checkin and checkout, made dinner reservations for us at The Four Seasons and St Regis and even replied to my frantic texts at midnight one night during a horrific rainstorm! The water was so high it come through the doors on level 2 and 3 so she told me where to find more towels to serve as a stopgap. Of note: the master is on the 3rd floor while the rest of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor so this would not work if you have small kids. The bunk room we did not use but it is pretty small and is right next to the laundry. There is Netflix and Prime video on the TV’s (2nd floor and ‘master). We loved the location. Close to St Regis and Sufi and a short golf cart ride to all the others. We did access the golf course and it’s super close to the Golf pro shop as well! I would definitely stay here again!
