Beautiful Views and Fresh Trade Wind Breezes

Villa Bahia Vista is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house located in a neighborhood close to the town of Dewey. The villa is situated on a hill with fantastic views of the bay, facing east towards the trade winds which keep the house cool and fresh everyday.

The house has air conditioning (bedrooms only), cable TV, full kitchen, private patio with a view, hot water and sleeping accommodations for 6 people (strictly enforced).

Culebra Island is located between St. Thomas and Puerto Rico and is part of the Spanish Virgin Islands.

Culebra Island offers more than 10 beautiful beaches, including Flamenco Beach voted the 3rd most beautiful beach in the world. We are very ecologically conscious and protect the beauty of our island; you will not find any resorts, cruise ships or golf courses on Culebra. Instead, we are surrounded by 21 small uninhabited islands which are perfect for exploring above or under water. Kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, diving, sport fishing and yacht chartering are some of the activities available on the island. Or, you just might want to relax and enjoy the view.

We like this property because of the safe secure location and parking. Centrally located, it’s easy to get to any beach or town easily. The manager was always available and communicative.

Wish we could stay longer!

Family vacation, good central location, beautiful sunrises, extremely helpful and kind property manager, well equipped kitchen, better than we imagined, enjoyed many beaches, left feeling that we will return again.

Perfect views

The property was perfect. Convenient to all of the beaches, just a short drive away. Zoni beach was the furthest at a 15 minute drive. The views off the balcony is terrific. And try not to miss the sunrise from the deck ortmoonlight

Lovely house in Culebra

This was the perfect home base for us in Culebra! The house is clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked. It is located a short walk from town and an easy drive from beaches. The owner and manager were both super nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, breezy beach bungalow

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The wrap around deck had an amazing view with constant breeze, the indoor space had everything needed and Didi was a very attentive and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Central Location Great Harbor View

The apartment, located in a neighborhood a few blocks from the main road, was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed the spacious and breezy outdoor seating and dining area with a view of the harbor. The hosts who live in the building were extremely responsive and helpful. The compact interior space was perfect for the two of us and we imagine it would also work well for a couple with two children; the mattress are firm.

Beautiful Bay View

Great location, fabulous view, nicely furnished, all really clean and working well. Aside from some really noisy neighbors renting across the street, everything else was great. Would come back!!

Culebra with a View

Our first time on Culebra after visiting Vieques several times. Culebra is a quiet retreat after doing the work of God on Vieques. We loved the quiet time beauty of the beaches and bay. We snorkeled every day and enjoyed the fine dining on the island. The house was perfect for a quiet getaway. Beautiful views overlooking the bay and close to the plaza. The house was clean and had all the amenities for a family to enjoy. Thank you again! We plan to come back again next year. Blessings!

Perfect Culebra getaway

Didi was an excellent property manager and a warm and welcoming host. The condo was in a great location with just a short walk into town, but we found plenty of use for our rented Jeep to get the full Culebra experience. The view from the deck was fabulous, and we couldn't have had a better time. Met some great people on the island.

Wonderful warm winter vacation

We enjoyed our time on Culebra! We rented a vehicle (property has a nice gated driveway) and checked out a number of beaches. Great that the property had chairs, coolers and towels for those trips. We had our own snorkeling gear to explore the fantastic marine life (swimming the reefs with fish and sea turtles). Didi was a great host and offered some insights on the island. We LOVED the porch (view) and that each bedroom had a bathroom. Nice cross breeze on the hill so we didn’t use the AC…but that does mean you hear roosters in the morning, as you’d expect on Culebra. Short drive or walk to most stores/restaurants.

Absolutely Perfect!

We visited Culebra for a long weekend with friends, and this condo was absolutely perfect for us! The view was outstanding, the location was central to everything we wanted to do, and the on-site manager, Didi, was so helpful and accommodating! The condo was stocked with all the basic necessities which was so appreciated since after a red-eye flight and the ferry ride to the island we were all a bit tired and weren't up for an immediate trip to the store. The neighborhood is quiet but just steps away from the main street in Culebra. We're visiting the island again next January and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with amazing views

the home was everything we hoped and more. Very spacious and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped. The porch areas was very spacious and beautiful to have breakfast and dinner on. Having an area right outside our unit to park rental jeep at with a gate to the road added extra safety. The host/owner (Jaime) was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. Didi, the property manager was also very friendly and helpful. Give this property 5 stars and as a reference i have stayed at over 50 VRBO properties around the world in the last 8-10 years.

Great location, great view!

The property is on hill overlooking the bay. The view is amazing and the breeze is spectacular. Both Jaime and DiDi were super helpful and made sure we needed everything. The property has solar incase the power goes out, a private driveway for parking, and filtered water. If you come to Culebra we would recommend renting a jeep from Jerry’s. It’s directly across the street from the airport and a short walk from this rental. Also try to get on the water with Captain Bill. He is full of knowledge and gives you a full experience of Culebrita. He can only hold 6 people so book him quick!

Gem in Culebra

This property is located on a hillside overlooking the bay and gets wonderful ocean breezes. The property was well cared for and just the right size for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the property was well supplied with towels, beach chairs, coolers, drying racks for wet swimwear, etc. The patio with hammock, comfortable seating, and table/chairs was a favorite spot. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of items that would be useful in the kitchen are (a) a less flexible spatula and (b) a stopper for the sink. When those minor issues are the only complaints, you can be confident that you will have a wonderful stay at Bahia Vista.
