Charming Country Home In the Applachian Mountains of Northest Tennessee.

This home is located 7 miles northeast of Elizabethton in a beautiful farming community in the heart of the Applachian Mountains and is surrounded by 36 acres of pasture land and woods. Guests are invited to roam the property and take in the beautiful sunsets from top of the hill.

The house includes three bedrooms (two queen and one full size bed) two full baths, living room, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, den, laundry room and covered deck and patio. There are two flat screen TV's with Roku TV and wireless internet.

Popular area attractions include: Watauga Lake & River-10 min drive; Applachian Trial-20 min drive; Classic Car Show-15min drive; Bristol International Speedway 30 min drive; Elizabethton Golf Course-20 min drive; The Virginia Creeper Trail in Damascus-40 minute drive; and Roan Mountain State Park-30 min drive.

This home is an idea location for a fly fishing adventure on two of the best trout streams East of the Mississippi (Watauga River-10 min drive and South Holston-25 min drive). There are countless mountain streams nearby as well.

Fantastic getaway outside Elizabethton

The house and property were amazing. My sons and I had a great time in this hidden gem. The house was amazing and cozy. The views of the mountains were fantastic. It snowed while we were there which just added to the beauty of the place. The hosts were amazing and kind. It is a great place that helped us get away from the busy life. This place is on my favorites and will definitely come back in the future. Thank you for the wonderful place.

Nice place to stay

3 women stayed here, each had their own room and bed. We used this clean home as base camp for the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesboro. A little far to travel back and forth but worth it for space, amenities of kitchen, and wonderful views from the hills above the house. Owner very easy to work with

Stoney Creek Getaway

We loved this property! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The trail up the mountain behind the house was awesome too! Every evening we saw something else on our hikes. Bear, deer (a huge buck)! It was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely love to stay there again! we would absolutely love tbehind

Race weekend- Bristol Speedway

The stay was pleasant. We spent little time in the home as we went to the race both days. Nightly rate was good but I felt the processing and cleaning fees were more than I would have liked. I would stay again, very comfy and exactly what we expected.

Cozy and Spacious Home

Thank you for sharing your home. This property is well maintained and reminded me of staying at my family home. The rooms are spacious with a touch of history and modern updates. I would recommend for a vacation or just a weekend getaway. The views from the property are gorgeous. Morning coffee on the front porch with a view of the TN mountains or on the back deck with the birds and butterflies are a must. Would definitely rent again.
