Two houses: a cottage (main house) and smaller bungalow on property - private yard RIGHT on BEACH looking at Gulf of Mexico! The view is spectacular from inside and outside the entire yard! Bungalow is included in the price.

This is an original 1938 cottage renovated and clean -- tastefully decorated - can't beat the location - walk right out to the beach and to various shops and restaurants including Crabby Bill's, JD's Lounge, the Ice Cream Parlor, and many, many more! This entire property was just remodeled, including new paint inside and out, new carpet, and all new furnishings and beds! Golf cart rental available - able to drive around the area - Views from beach from inside cottage and bungalow - Great back yard with fire pit and plenty of chairs.

A little beach magic

If you’ve never stayed directly on the beach before, you’re in for a treat (and will never want it any other way). The house is clean and cozy. Property manager was fantastic to work with.

Beautiful bungalow and cottage RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

We had a great time at this property. Everything was perfect…the host Christy is very responsive. It felt like we were at our own home. Kids had a sleepover with a couple of friends and they loved their personal space in the cottage. Everything in the description is 100% accurate! We’ll be back at this spot again..and again….and again!!! Book this place without any hesitation. I can assure you, that you will love it.

Perfect Setting for a Special Time

Comfortable little beach house right on the sand and water with a bonus bungalow in the back was a perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate the loss of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and cousin to his family. After a beautiful ceremony at the local Veterans Memorial Park, the travelers gathered with locally-based extended family for a low county boil, sparklers, memories, hugs, and love on the beach watching the most gorgeous sunset. We flew in and out in 36 hours but longed for the opportunity to stay the entire weekend and beyond.

Our favorite beach house!

This is the one. Stop looking for a better option. Just outside the backdoor is a beautiful white sand beach and warm gulf water. You can sit in the living room and watch the sunset over the water. Right outside the front door and less than a 2 minute walk down the seashell gravel alley is a great little ice cream and food spot. My family will keep this place in our hearts forever. You cant put a price on the memories made here. Book this place. This little beach getaway looks like the last of its kind around these parts. There might be other places close by but nothing compares to being on the beach. A block away is too far.
