Very nice house and great pool area with lots to do for the kids. Transport is also easy with a bus stop close to the house, which takes you directly to the centre of PalmaCommunication with the host was also quick. Very helpfull hosts during our hole stay. Recommended

We stayed at this lovely home for a week as a group of three families (four adults, five teenaged children). The house, pool and yard are ideal for large groups and families, with lots of space for everyone to play, rest and relax. The house is well stocked with all the essentials, plus lots of extras like games, toys and music. And if we did need anything, the hosts were very responsive and happy to drop things off for us. They also generously offered lots of extras, such as airport pickup and drop-off, going to the beach and other attractions in their car, and a feast of typical Mallorquina foods!The location is very convenient. It's a 3 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you into downtown Palma, and a 10 minute drive to the airport. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the house has a quiet time policy outdoors after midnight. This was perfect for us, but would not be a good fit for anyone looking for a place to have parties late at night.

Wonderful family holiday

Beautiful villa with plenty of room for our family of 10. Outside area was large, ideal for sunbathing with an excellent pool surrounded by garden. The villa was well equipped with ample towels, bedding etc and spotlessly clean. Maria and Gabriel were the perfect hosts, unobtrusive but always available. We thoroughly recommend the villa and hope to return soon.

Wonderful House

We are so happy that we found this beautiful house. We are 2 families from Sweden and we are 10 people and 5 of these are kids. And we all loved it! We will definitely come back next year to make new memories. ☀️

Fabulous stay.

We were a family of 10 from the UK comprising grandparents, parents and children ranging from 5 to 16 years old. The villa accommodated us without problem. The outside area and pool are absolutely outstanding. There is a bus stop directly outside the villa which goes directly to Palma and its beaches. If you are a large group looking for a base close to the capital I would highly recommend this. Gabriel & Maria could not be more helpful and picked us up and returned us to the airport.

A wonderful home away from home

Maria and Gabriel are the perfect hosts at an ideal property for all ages looking to relax, dive into the beautiful city of Palma any time, and explore the wonderful island of Mallorca. My wife and two children (16 & 13), sister and brother-in-law and their two children (18 & 15), and my mother-in-law (79) stayed at the villa for ten days and would have stayed for more. The villa is easy to find and located just north of Palma - only a 15-minute drive, 20-minute bike ride, or 30-minute bus ride into the centre. Palma is gorgeous, beautiful streets, great restaurants and cafes at every turn, and the huge cathedral when you arrive at the sea. Excellent shopping too. The villa itself had room and beds enough for all and an awesome outside space. The pool was great for family fun, even moreso since, like the villa, it was accessible to grandma. From here, it is also easy to explore the rest of Mallorca, especially the beautiful north west (Valdemossa, Deia, and Soller are must-see) and south west (we loved Cala Fornells and ses Illetes) but the whole island is within an hour’s reach if you need. It’s hard to explain just how accommodating Maria and Gabriel were - free equipment for paddle-boarding and snorkelling soon arrived and they would have been more than happy to pick us up and deliver us to anywhere we needed. Their hospitality helped make this the perfect trip for all our family. Gracias.

Perfect for big family holidays!

We are a group of family and friends including a 9 month old baby, parents, aunts/ uncles and grandparents, from England. The house is beautiful and very clean, particularly the outdoor area. The pool was very refreshing in the heat and we had a lot of fun with the sports equipment. The house had all the amenities we needed and anything extra we needed the hosts provided for us; we particularly enjoyed being able to bbq and the toys provided for children. We even used some of the homegrown vegetables from the garden! The location is ideal, it is a two minute walk to a bus stop, the busses are regular and reliable. It is close enough to a main road to be convenient but not so close as to be noisy. We used public transportation to go into Palma as well as the water park. The best part of this villa is how helpful and accommodating the hosts were. When we had issues with our car hire they gave us lifts whenever we needed to go to the supermarket and offered to take us to the beach. They quickly got us anything we needed for the baby. The fact that they live onsite meant that they could help show us how to use the BBQ and find the switch for the pool lights etc, but we never felt intruded on, we had total privacy. Our family is already discussing when we can visit again. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday!

Very clean and comfortable!!

We are 6 adults ans we have been in the house for two days to attend a conference. We have been very good. The house is comfortable and very clean. The vintage decoration are nice and careful. Confortable beds, well equiped kitchen. The largue barbecue has been one of the best things for the night. The nightligthing very zen. Also we love how they take care of the environment: there were bins to recicle everythings: packaging, cardboard, paper, organic... They have beautiful organic garden prepared for the gest, with all kinds of vegetables. They collectwater from the rain. It is a quiet area, and althought the owners are near to carry out the garden and pool maintenance, we have had total intimacity. The area is quiet, close to the beach (about 4 km), and the foot of wonderful Sierra de Tramuntana, whose vieuw can be seen from the house. If you come to relaxing, the house is ideal. If you come to do partys at night or loud music at day, isnt the house. There are 3 neighbours on both sides, althought the privacity is good. The easy transport by bus, car (near motorway that connect all areas to the island), bike (there are bike line) is ideal. It has been a wonderfullecological experience. Thanks Maria and Gabriel. Beautiful house near the city, pool and garden

We are a group of friends. We have been very comfortable in the house. It has large sofas and comfort in the pool and garden areas. We played tennis and basketball. We have also made bike rides in the surrounding area (we have reached the nearest village, 1 km) and also to the city center. The house has lots of light.    The area is very quiet, so it is essential to be quiet at night (neighbors on either side)    We picked tomatoes, parsley, jidías, carrots ... the ecologic garden ¡¡     The house is nicely decorated and amazing detals.. thanks for everything.¡¡

Very comfortable

We are a big family (14 people) with children. It is a new house very suitable for families with children and for groups of friends quiet ( neighbors on either side) .It has good access for disabled people. It is a beautiful house surrounded by gardens between the Tramuntana mountains and the city. It is in a residential area of ​​chalets. Beautiful views from every window. Bright and big windows. The decor is very elegant (vintage air) It took about half an hour walk from the center. The house is connected to city center by a walkway and bicycle path. We also loved the little town nearby where we bought bread every day (1 km). It has all the services; own pool, small sports field with football, basketball, Boley, tennis ... It has porch area and different terraces around. We have toys for children. It has been wonderful to get tomatoes, peppers, onions and more of the garden ecológoco. We have much comfort because when you enter the house you can leave the bikes, so we rented bikes and went downtown in about 15 minutes. Very close to the highway exit. Ideal for visiting the entire island A 60m from the house is the bus stop. 1 km from the metro. Very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Die Villa ist eigentlich nur für zwölf Personen ausgelegt, aber es war kein Problem, dass wir an einigen Tagen ein paar mehr waren. Wir sind morgens um 7 Uhr angekommen und konnten bereits zu diesem frühen Zeitpunkt einchecken. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Das hat unseren Urlaub deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Wir waren nicht zum Feiern dort, sondern haben mit unserer Band im Mega Park gespielt (eher Workation als Urlaub). Das Üben im Haus war aber kein Problem. Den Gastgebern war es wichtig, dass wir draußen nicht zu laut waren, wegen der Nachbarn. Das war für uns kein Problem, aber wenn man für einen typischen Ballermann-Urlaub hierherkommt, ist diese Villa wahrscheinlich nicht die richtige Wahl. Die Villa war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Sehr cool war, dass wir drei ihrer Fahrräder benutzen durften und uns außerdem im Gemüsegarten frei bedienen durften. Ach ja, wir konnten auch Gesellschaftsspiele, Bälle, Hanteln, Federballschläger etc. nutzen.

Alloggio ottimo, proprietari super ospitali

Sono stato nella casa di Maria e Gabriel nel mese di agosto 2024 con un gruppo di 10 amici. Siamo ragazzi dai 25 ai 27 anni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I proprietari si sono dimostrati incredibilmente ospitali (si sono offerti di passarci a prendere all'aeroporto a mezzanotte, ci hanno preparato una focaccia fatta in casa di benvenuto e prestato tutto il necessario per la spiaggia, compresa una tavola da sup). I proprietari erano spesso presenti al piano interrato della casa ma non hanno mai ostacolato la privacy del gruppo, anzi si sono sempre resi disponibili all'istante quando sono occorsi interventi (ad esempio per il cambio della bombola del gas o per pulire il barbecue esterno). I proprietari hanno ribadito più volte che accettano ben volentieri anche gruppi di giovani purché siano con la testa sulle spalle, la zona in cui è situata la villa è molto tranquilla e ci tengono che dopo la mezzanotte si faccia silenzio. Noi comunque abbiamo vissuto anche la movida maiorchina ma siamo sempre stati attenti al rientro a non fare particolare baccano in modo da non disturbare il vicinato. Gradiscono quindi ospiti giovani ma responsabili. Nel giardino è presente anche un orto che i proprietari mettono a disposizione degli ospiti con diversi ortaggi ed erbe aromatiche che si possono prendere liberamente. In sostanza è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, con degli host molto disponibili ed ospitali, mi sento quindi di consigliare la villa di Maria e Gabriel.

Soicaro gruppo: siete stati giovani eccezionalmente educati. Innanzitutto vi siete organizzati per godervi la notte senza arrecare alcun disturbo o rumore ai vicini, cercando di uscire a far festa prima di mezzanotte e rientrando sotto controllo e in tutta tranquillità. Inoltre, sei uscito di casa perfetto, con tutto organizzato e raccolto. È stato un piacere ospitarti, ti ringraziamo moltissimo per averci scelto. Speriamo di riavervi presto a casa nostra. Vi mandiamo un grande abbraccio e ci vediamo sempre!

Ein perfektes Haus für unseren Familienurlaub

Wir sind eine Familie mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder zwischen 2 und 6 Jahren aus Deutschland. Für uns war das Haus perfekt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool und die vielen Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool, auf der Terrasse und im klimatisierten Haus. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und in jeder Situation hilfsbereit. Der Transfer vom Flughafen und zurück hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus ist für größere Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen. Besten Dank für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub.

Great house

We have had a fantastic week in Mallorca and in the house. We where three Swedish families with teenagers (tot 12 persons) living in the house. The owners are very friendly and they showed us a great hospitality. The house are great, plenty of room for many people and a big plus for the pool area where you can choose if you want to swim or play basketball or just chilling.

Excelente casa en Palma

Pasamos un tiempo increible en la casa de Maria. Ella y toda su família fueron a todo tiempo muy atenciosos y respectaron mucho el espacio del grupo. La casa es muy bien localizada, cerca de Palma y de supermercados. La casa tambien es muy confortable y muy bien equipada. Las areas externas son muy buenas: la piscina, la cancha de basket y el asador. La area interna igualmente buenas. Son vários dormitórios, pero solamente uno con cama de pareja. Las camas son confortables pero chicas para uns pareja adulta. El aire es central. La primera noche sentimos un poco de calor, pero lá mañana siguiente el aire fue ajustado y nos dieron ventiladores. Nuestra hora de check out fue estendida muy gentilmente y pudimos aprovechar la área externa y tomarnos una ducha despues. De manera general lá pasamos super bien !

Beautiful big house

We enjoyed our stay at the house! It’s a big place with a grand swimmingpool in which we enjoyed a lot of our time! The housekeepers are really helpfull and kind people and are ready for you whenever you need them! We had a wonderful week. We really do recommend this place!

Family holiday

We shared the villa with my 2 daughters, sons in law & 5 grandchildren aged 6 to 14 , including my disabled granddaughter for whom it was ideal. My youngest granddaughter even learnt to swim , my teenage grandsons were occupied with the pool & basketball , Wi Fi access was excellent. Maria & Gabriel were very friendly & helpful, collected us all from the airport, took us to the supermarket on arrival & drove us to the car hire place etc.. We are unable to remark upon the surrounding area as it was too hot for us to go out & explore. We dined out in Palma on 2 evenings, a short trip by car, other evenings we used the gas BBQ & enjoyed sitting outside on the terraces to eat which is a rare treat when you come from the UK. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, took us a while to find the kettle as being British, we need our tea ! The surroundings seemed very quiet residential area,. We rarely get to spend fun time together so for me the villa was ideal to have a great week with all of my grandchildren 😍

We've enjoyed so much having you at the Villa. You respected the rules and the silent of the night (very important for us because of the neighbourhood). Also you left very good the house. La Villa perfetta

Siamo un gruppo di 11 ventenni e abbiamo affittato la villa di Gabriel e Maria per una settimana. È stato tutto perfetto!! La villa è vicina al centro città e facilmente raggiungibile, i proprietari sono due persone stupende! Ci sono venuti a prendere in aeroporto e sono sempre stati a nostra disposizione per ogni cosa! La casa è perfetta sia per gruppi di amici che per famiglie, bagni grandi, camere luminose e una bellissima piscina!! C’e anche un campo da basket e un patio per mangiare all’aperto. Davvero una bellissima esperienza, torneremo sicuramente!!

Giussepe's group has been very polite. They have respected the rules of the house and, although they were a group of young people, they have known how to do peace of mind at 24 hours because neighbourhood. They have also left the house in perfect condition, and cleaning has been very easy. They have respected the energy saving standard and have closed the doors with the air conditioning, as well as the lights. ; Very polite in the treatment and communicative. Come back when you want, guys!

Super sejour

Maria est une hote très gentille et qui sait faire plaisir . La maison est très sympathique très bien située pour visiter l île . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons Merci maria

Nous avons été heureux de recevoir cette magnifique famille: grands-parents, enfants, petits enfants ... tous très respectueux de la maison. Tous très gentiles¡¡¡ Ils ont respecté la nuit. Même à 23 heures, il y avait déjà du silence- Ils ont quitté la maison impeccable¡¡ Merci beaucoup, chère famille, de nous avoir choisi! Nous souhaitons que vous reviendrez bientôt! ¡¡

An All Inclusive Experience

This lovely, well kept house is located in an area outside of Palma close to Son Sardina, 15 min by local bus to city center and if you take the same bus to the end stop you end up at the beach! Also the village son Sardina was really lovely. We went for morning runs through the village up to the mountain. We had an amazing weekend here! The best thing about the house was all the ammeneties such as towels for inside as well as outside use, the lovely swimmingpool, the fully equipped kitchen and the big space. We were 10 friends staying there, but the house would easily hold 15-16 people. The hosts Maria and Gabriel are superb hosts!!! They really made our stay feel like an all inclusive. They are so sweet and helpful. They picked us up from the airport, drove us to the grocery store and helped us fill the house with delicious local products. They really made our stay feel like vacation and made our stay extra special. I would absolutely recommend renting this house!!!
