The condo is great, lots of ustensiles in the kitchen and beach gear. The decoration is nice. We liked the large window and the view over the green space. We didn’t use the pool. The pool could have been nicer.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. Very convenient location to Hideaway beach. Close walk to Pizza pub as well. Very clean, well stocked with cooking accessories, and very comfortable beds. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. If you have more than 4 the living room furniture might not accommodate comfortable seating but not a factor in my situation.

My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon at this villa, which had everything we needed to have a wonderful day. The place was spotless when we moved in the kitchen was stocked with all essential cooking items and more, and the place was always quiet and felt private. The beach access is a steep walk down but a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Location was excellent, as we walked to Hotel 1 Beach, and were just a short drive to Hanalei Bay. Everything worked as expected and the place truly felt like a vacation home. We enjoyed putting on old DVD’s and read some of the books from the shelf. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Princeville.

Beautiful property with nice condo that is very suitable for families. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed the Napali coast views and short gorgeous walks to amazing beaches. Condo fit our family of 5 very well!

Peaceful
Walking distance to beach.. if you can handle a very challenging path. Beautiful landscaped garden view. Lovely sunsets. Comfy beds. Bedrooms are cool with AC, living room and kitchen get pretty warm in July.

Amazing stay in Princeville!
What a gorgeous property and amazing location to stay in Kauai. Condo was fully stocked with everything one could need, including beach equipment for families, especially the kiddos! Couldn’t have been happier to have a beach very close by that we could walk to! The grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop etc. Everything you need in striking distance, especially if you have young kiddos! Truly enjoyed our stay!

The perfect Princeville stay

Nice place!
We were very comfortable at this condo. The complex was quiet and beautiful. We loved watching the chickens and the Ne ne in the courtyard every morning.

Great place
This condo was clean, updated and well appointed. We very much appreciated the location,a/c in the bedrooms, the washer/dryer and the open, spacious showers. We would stay again. Thank you, owners!

First time to Kauai
had a great time exploring the many beaches around the island,the cottage was as advertised and in a very good location close to a multitude of things.

Princeville Stay
A clean and centrally located condo in Princeville. We enjoyed staying here! Vents in the bathroom and the ability to wash off outside are the only things I would have appreciated having. Other than that, we would stay again!
