5 min walk to the beach in a gated community with beach pavilion. Queen Bed with Sofa Sleeper in Den. Kitchen furnished with appliances, dishes, etc. Washer/dryer is available for use. Choose from 5 pools in the 46 acre community. Free Pitch and Putt golf and harbor access for boaters. Take the water taxi to Destin Harbor. Centrally located to attractions and restaurants. Beach pavilion with Rick's Sandtrap walk up snack bar (seasonal) and grills for beachside dining.

Sand Piper Cave

This is a fun, welcoming condo complex. Enjoyed the golf, beach and pools. Destin has many restaurants, gym and a variety of activities and shopping.

Fun in the sun

Place was clean, I think the hot water heater could be turned down a lil, because u couldn't turn the water very high, because the water would be to hot and not enough water pressure. Other then that it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Dianna Brummett

Nice condo close to beach

The complex is nice...a bit on the older side but well maintained. We had a few small.jssues with cleanliness of our unit but nothing major. Bathtub had hairs and a used razor in it. Floors appeared swept but new white socks were black within minutes. Quiet and fine for our needs. We liked having free beach setup. Didn't visit any pools as we went to beach each day. major.

Pleasantly happy

Only thing i didnt like was it was way back at the back of the property. No extra trash bags no salt and pepper or condiments. Other than that it was alright except that it also needs the living room furniture replaced.

We definitely will be back

So we ended up having to call the owner of the property and she was very nice and told us exactly where to go. The place looks so nice. There is also games that you can play and brochures of different places that you can go which helped us out a lot since we are not from the area. I definitely will be recommending this place..

We enjoyed the weather, the beach, golf, friends and dining at our favourite restaurants . Our host Dianne Harrison was excellent. She replied promptly and took action on our issues to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Beach is close. Resturants and shopping close. Nice bike ride to resturants and shopping

Property manager very accessible. Have stayed here several times and look forward to the next trip.

Location was great

Condo needed updating, it was not cleaned to our satisfaction. Windows were filthy, bathroom disgusting.

Perfect Location

Great location in a very cute condo. Felt very safe and everything was perfect with lots of considerate items (hotel style shampoo and conditioner and even aloe in bathroom!). Marked cleanliness a 4/5 because there were some pretty big dust bunnies and some sand on the floor but we're near the beach so that's probably impossible to avoid!

Amazing place to stay!

Amazing! Diane was so helpful! She gave us good recommendations on where to eat and we were able to check in early! The place is very nice and clean and well equipped with everything you need. A beach caddy to carry everything, umbrella, chairs, small coolers, etc. Instead of walking we were able to drive about 2 min and park in a private parking area right on the beach which was better than walking because it’s so hot. Definitely would come back!!

Best family vacation we have ever had

The entire family loved everything about the vacation and the property. Loved the proximity of the beach. We liked going to the beach around 630pm a little less crowded. Several good restaurants close by. Will def stay here again. Look forward to coming back.

Enjoyable Vacation

This was a nice space to crash in the mornings/ evenings. The complex is nice and right across from the beach and the pool is directly out the backdoor. We enjoyed the tennis courts and pool in addition to the beach. The kitchen was lacking some baking sheets (only one small one) and certain utensils but we made do.

My favorite place to stay!

I absolutely love staying in this little community and Diane's property did not disappoint. She was so easy to communicate with and the place was absolutely perfect for us. Thank you so much! (Side note: I do believe someone took off with your blender or broke it. The lid was there but we couldn't find the actual blender. Not a big deal whatsoever, just wanted you to be aware!)

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cove! The condo was perfect for our family of 3! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Loved having the private beach right across the street. Diane was a wonderful host and we are already planning on coming back next year!

I grew up visiting the Florida Panhandle in the 70's and continue to revisit the beautiful beaches as often as possible! I grew up in Nashville, Tn and now I live in the Atlanta area which is a little closer to the sandy shore.

The Sandpiper has everything you could want. I fell in love with the community atmosphere and the beach pavilion. Order drinks or lunch beach side at Rick's Sandtrap. (just remember it's cash only)

Choose from 5 pools in the complex and play the 9 holes of pitch and putt all day for free. You can borrow clubs at Sandpiper but they need to be returned at 5:00, so I recommend bringing your own.
