After years of exploring Providenciales for the perfect beach, we were fortunate to secure a large, unique parcel of land that originally belonged to a founding family of the modern island. The site is breathtakingly positioned on a high point of North Shore, offering expansive 180° views of both Grace Bay and the stunning turquoise waters of the Caribbean. We wanted to create a home that respected the island’s beauty while also bringing in elements from our time spent in Asia. With the expertise of award-winning designer Ron Shaw, we crafted Samsara with local materials and a design that features long, cooling eaves, glass walls that open fully to capture the sunshine and breeze, and carefully placed stone pillars that echo the island’s natural beauty. Each suite is its own “pod” within the estate, offering a sense of privacy and space that has been perfect for our growing family, as well as for friends and guests who visit.
We chose this location for the views, tranquility and for its perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. While it offers a serene, private escape from the bustling tourism areas, it’s also close enough to enjoy the best the island has to offer. Within walking distance, you’ll find the celebrated Rock House Hotel, home to one of the island's top-rated bars and restaurants. When you’re ready to explore, the island’s main shopping hubs and dining spots are a short drive away, giving you the freedom to dip into the liveliness of Providenciales whenever you wish, while still being able to retreat to a calm, unspoiled oasis.
