This 10-acre gated community is centrally located across the street from the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens and minutes from El Paseo as well as golf, tennis, and hiking. This quiet, gated community offers 4 pools & spas, 4 Pickleball courts, 1 tennis court, Clubhouse and the original putting green from the Bing Crosby estate.

This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished end-unit. The BEST part is the private patio with beautiful West facing mountains views where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It features a bright kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops as well as an amazing marble fireplace in the family room. It is freshly painted in the family room/dining room with new carpet in the bedrooms. Master bedroom with queen bed includes en suite bathroom and separate walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. Attached double car garage with washer and dryer inside. WiFi internet connection throughout the house. Landline included. TV's and cable in every room. BBQ included. Fully equipped and ready to move in.

Nice option in palm desert

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 31/2 months and totally enjoyed it. As with many other properties on this community they are showing their age. This one in particular while very clean, has a bit of a quirky layout. Access from the garage to the condo is a bit strange in that you cannot lock the sliding doors from the outside so you need to walk around the building to unlock the front door. No biggie though. Overall, aside from this condo needing a reno, we totally enjoyed it and would recommend it gladly. The complex is nice and the pools, and tennis/pickleball courts are fine. It’s location is top notch. The host responded quickly to the few questions we had. We did not end up taking our dog so I cannot comment on that possibility, except to say that the patio are is enclosed unless your pet is small, in which case it would get out under the gate. Again we would totally recommend this unit to all travelers!

One of our best experiences renting via VRBO. Everything was as advertised and the owner was very responsive to (small) issues, like a fridge light. Loved the unit, loved the condo community, and loved the area.

Exactly what I needed

My stay here was exactly what I was looking for. It's just 3 minutes from the 111 main strip and El Paseo but you still feel it's your own private getaway. The patio is situated so that you don't share it with anyone and the view is of beautiful pine trees and the valley below. Definitely your own private space. The home was well equipment and very clean. The owner Laura is absolutely awesome. She answered my questions quickly. The two car garage is an definite plus for me. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Laura for having this home available.

Very Private with lovely view

Nice end unit with everything you need. Comfy queen bed and lovely views even from the bedroom. Complex is friendly with heated pool right across the driveway. Wonderful location close to El Paseo shops and restaurants. Clean and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Needs Update

Great location, but property needs updating. Configuration of entry required us to walk through wet grass in the morning and evening. The pool and spa were clean right across the street and usually had no one in them. Owners were easy to work with and provided all required information in a timely manner.

Perfect Condo for our family

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the Condo. It suited our small family perfectly. The location was fantastic, walking distance to the living desert. Within the quiet gated complex there was a great pool just out the front door. The condo was fully stocked and equipped with everything you would need for cooking. Updated and fresh towels and bedding. A wonderful home away from home. Will be requesting to stay at this place again.

Spring Break stay

Unit was great for our family of four during our week long stay for spring break. Everything you really needed was close by (Costco, Walmart, mall, many restaurants and grocery stores) and many fun things to do nearby. We visited Joshua Tree National Park, the flee market on the weekend, went to the Thursday night street fair in Palm Springs, walked across the street one day to visit the Living Desert Zoo, jogged outside the gated community which was pleasant, used two of the four pools on many occasions which was mostly unoccupied the times we used it. Unit was stocked w/ the things we needed, plenty of extra towels, bedding, well stocked kitchen in order to cook, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, pool toys, etc. We enjoyed using the nice open patio area for barbecuing and enjoying the scenery and weather. I am somewhat of a picky person and there really wasn't anything for us to complain about. Laura was responsive with any of our questions. Would consider staying again.
